The space
This unit is located in a beachside community in the heart of Vilano Beach. The unit itself is approx. 5 minute walk to the beach from the front door of the unit (if not closer!). Airbnb is having an issue where the mapping is incorrectly stating the distance to the ocean on the listing page, so please disregard that .
The whole property is composed of two townhouses that are side by side with private entrances/decks/balconies etc. They are called ‘Catamaran Red’ and ‘Catamaran Blue’. This listing is for the Red side. Catamaran Red has two bedrooms and two full baths, sleeping 6 Guests total (King bed in one bedroom, two Fulls in the second). Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and all updated stainless steel appliances, large dining table with seating for 8 ppl, and nice open living room with comfy couch and seating. You will love the gorgeous touches!
The beds have comfortable linen duvets. Updated modern decor. Private relaxing balcony off of the living space for enjoying the beach breeze up in the tree tops after a long day of sun and sea!
The home features an open floor plan, with the main living and kitchen area up a set of stairs and the two bedrooms located downstairs on the main level. There is one bathroom located upstairs and one located downstairs.
Wireless internet and Tvs in living rooms and bedrooms. Private washer and dryer in unit. A beach buggy is provided for your convenience with beach chairs, beach toys, and a beach umbrella. There is an ocean peak from the upstairs balcony .
The home is located a quick 2 minute walk to the beach, no crossing any busy roadways necessary! It is located on a quiet residential street with ample off street parking in the driveway for two vehicles. A short drive to downtown historic St Augustine and Flagler College.

You can rent bikes and enjoy exploring the neighborhood island style ! Ten minute walk to Publix shopping center and Vilano Main Street , as well as numerous restaurants !

This is a large home that has two townhouse units side by side (each with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a kitchen, living room and dining room of it's own). Very open floor plan upstairs where the kitchen/dining/living space is. Perfect for extended families that want to travel together but also need a little privacy and space of their own! (You could rent both sides )! Tastefully remodeled in modern decor, and ready for you to come and stay and enjoy the Vilano Beach life. Numerous beach access points all within walking distance of the home. There is a private balcony off the home on both the first and second level, with seating to enjoy the salt air and Florida sunshine. There is also a private washer and dryer in the unit. House is stocked and ready for Guests to come and enjoy ! Come stay and see why our Guests tell us our properties are the most well equipped and clean Airbnb they’ve ever stayed in ! The house has a shared BBQ grill on the boardwalk for both sides , as well as an outdoor shower .
The two bedrooms are downstairs with a full bathroom, and laundry. Upstairs is the living space, dining room and kitchen with the second full bathroom, and a private balcony.
Parking for 2 vehicles max. in driveway. Driveway is shared with other unit.

One well behaved and friendly dog under 30 lbs may be possible with prior permission and additional pet fee. Dog must be on flea medicine , and we ask kindly that proof is submitted prior to check in. Please contact us with the specifics if you will be traveling with a furry family member prior to booking so we can quote pet fee to be added in . We ask kindly that no dogs permitted on furniture or beds, and only well traveled, house broken , and friendly dogs will be permitted. We apologize but due to insurance regulations we can’t have any breeds from the restricted breed list at on the property, or any puppies , or multiple dogs.
A starter pack of laundry detergent , dish soap, dish sponge and also travel size shampoo and conditioner and bar soap are provided in each bathroom as a convenience to guests. We also supply two toilet paper rolls per bathroom and a roll of paper towels in kitchen . We do our very best to provide a clean and comfortable vacation space for our guests.
