• This is a non-smoking property. No smoking of any kind is allowed, including e-cigarettes, anywhere on the property (including inside the apartment, on the balcony, or anywhere on the apartment grounds).

• No children under 10. The décor in the apartment was designed to create a unique space for adults and is not suitable for children under the age of 10.

• No pets. Although we love fur babies and it is a dog-friendly community, pets are not allowed due to other restrictions.
