Located just 1 MILE from Texas’s only Blue Wave Beach, this beach house is the PERFECT location for families and fisherman. The home features a large gated driveway perfect for a boat or trailer, and a spacious back yard for the kids to play while the adults grill and dine outside. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal or whip up a frozen margarita. 3 bedrooms feature a queen bed, full bed and a twin trundle that extends to become a kingsize bed.

Conveniently located near several Rockport restaurants there are plenty of options for dinner. The art district is just a mile away and a great way to spend an afternoon. There’s also Texas State Aquarium and the USS Lexington just 30 minutes away, but the real star of Rockport is the beach. Awarded the title of Texas first Blue Wave Beach for its cleanliness and accessibility, this beach is perfect for families with playscape areas and shady palapas spread along the beach, soft sand, shallow calm waters and even a salt water swimming pool where dolphins are often spotted. There’s even a water ski loop, volleyball court, nature observation areas, restrooms and showers. Rockport is also full of fishing activities with boat charters going out all day long. The beach has a free boat launch and it’s own fishing pier where the kids can also go crabbing.
