The space
A beautiful house a few steps from the sea where you can spend relaxing holidays. The house is equipped with every comfort for both sportsmen and families. It has a view towards the sea and towards the mountains. It has an amble garage where you can park your car and / or store your sports equipment like bikes or kayak. In one of the two large balconies it is possible to have lunch while looking at the sea. There are two rooms equipped with sheets and pillowcases and a queen-size sofa bed made available without sheets. One room is double and the second one can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. There is also a camping cot for kids without sheets, a high chair and a bath tub for the little ones. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. Classic oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, cooker, pantry, Nespresso coffee machine. Smart TV available in the living room and in each bedroom. The bathroom has a large shower, a washing machine and you will find it equipped with towels and toiletries. A stone's throw away is the center of Spotorno where all the services of the village are available.
