Located right on the border of Addison, North Dallas and Carrollton, 15 mins. from Frisco, close access to Dallas Tollway or I-35 freeway for a fast route to downtown, plenty of parking right in front of the property. Modern, cozy, bright space, black out curtains this place feels like a home away from home, not an apartment complex.

Ideal for medical professionals, internships, if you are working from home or just to get the city’s feeling if relocating.

The kitchen has an induction cooktop, full size oven, full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave and all the cookware provided. Washer/dryer in the condo, initial supply of detergent provided, plus all the linens, towels, initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towel, toilet paper and cleaning essentials.
There is a good size private back yard with a grill, table and chairs for you to enjoy.
You can receive mail and Amazon packages at this address. Independent entrance.
You will have complete flexibility for your arrival and departure time since you will receive an updated key pad code prior to your check in day for your convenience!

Lots of good restaurants and grocery stores near by, for the GOLF enthusiast there is course and a golf about 20 mins away and a golf range just a block and a half away. The best gym in town a block away, post office, nail salon and very quiet neighborhood. CONTACT US IF YOU NEED FLEXIBILITY FOR THE LENGHT OF YOUR STAY (there is a minimum of 30 days) or if you need flexibility for CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES.

We are a family that enjoys traveling nationally as well as internationally, Australia is one of our favorite places and hosting is so much fun as well, We have fixed this apartment for travelers to enjoy it and that will treat it like their own. After a long day of sightseeing or working you love to come home to a very clean, comfortable, cozy, bright and well decorated place and that is what we have worked hard to provide to all of our guests, and according to their reviews that is what they all find, we love it! We have two properties in Airbnb, an apartment that we rent and keeps pretty booked and our home that we rent out only when we are abroad, that is why you do not see a lot of reviews on that one. "Travel with family as much as you can, as far as you can, as long as you can, Life is not meant to live in one place!"
