BOTTOM FLOOR:
The garage is located on the bottom floor of the townhouse and you are welcome to park your car in the driveway but not in the garage.
The garage has inside access via a staircase close to the dining area and houses the following items for your use:
-Canoe/oars and wheel transport to the boat launch
-Paddleboard with oar and wheel transport to boat launch
-Fridge and freezer for extra food storage
-Lifejackets for safety (use with all watercraft sports)
-Bag toss game
-Recycling Bin & garbage bin
Guest access
Guests have the entire townhouse (indoor and out) to themselves and are free to relax and enjoy.
THE GATE:
The gate at the entry of the property is code protected which will be sent to you the day prior to your stay.
THE FRONT DOOR:
The front door has smart entry and you will be given a secure code that is exclusive to you only. This door code is also sent to you the day prior to your stay.
THE BOAT LAUNCH:
There are 4 boat launch locations around the lake which are all accessible via different pathways. The closest one to the townhouse is located near the entry gate. You will see the gate first and then a pathed path leading directly to the walking path around the lake and to the first boat launch. Swimming is also permitted and the boat launches or the bank can be used for access.
THE LOCKED CABINETS:
Locked cabinets are not to be tampered with as they home owners supplies.
