This beautiful ocean view home is located in a quiet area of Lincoln City called Road's end & is still close to town. Watch the deer visiting the back yard. There are 2 bedrooms on main floor and 1 in the loft with queen-size beds and a luxury queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room for 2. There is a large deck with a barbeque and a great view.

Elderberry Eden - Nehalem Riverfront House

River House! Right on the banks of the Nehalem with creeks on both sides. Our location is just a mile off of Hwy 26 & 22 miles from the coast Hwy 1. We have nicer weather here with swimming and fishing right on the property. Our location is close to neighbors and a small grocery, but once in the house you will be facing the river for fishing, swimming and lolling about. There is a little cottage that we live in so you might see my wife and I puttering around, but we respect your privacy.

To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special. Our place is a perfect active family getaway.
