Located on the quiet and charming Lake Wilson Preserve, this home gives peaceful days and nights from the Disney parks which are only located only a 20 minute drive away.
The space
Lovely 5 bedroom house overlooking a lake.
This home has a large smart TV in the family room which also benefits from Cable TV. There are smart TV's in all of the bedrooms to allow for everyone to relax in their own private space!
All bedrooms have recently been refreshed with new furniture and linens.
The home has recently been updated and now includes a great new games room, which features a pool table, a Foosball table, and Air hockey. This space has also been fitted with multi level seating with comfortable oversized cushions, great to socialise whilst you're waiting for your shot!
The home is on two levels, and briefly comprises of:
Ground Floor
Games Room/ Garage - with washer and dryer
Dining Room - feature table with comfortable chairs
Large kitchen - fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Thee are also a range of cooking utensils, pots and pans etc.
Breakfast nook - comfortable table area perfect for your morning coffee or bite to eat
Large family room - comfortable room with large sectional sofa, and large smart TV
Bathroom - sink, toilet and shower
Full/ Queen bedroom - comfortable, relaxing room with closet space and a wall mounted smart TV.

Large pool deck has a variety of pool furniture including sun loungers, relaxer chairs, rattan sofa set, and rattan dining set for alfresco dining overlooking the beautiful blue pool and spa.
Upstairs
Mickey Mouse Twin - great for kids! This room has been thoughtfully decorated with lots of details for your little ones to enjoy, it has two twin beds and good closet space. Wall mounted smart TV.
Frozen Twin - a second theme room to complement your Disney vacation! This room has two twins as a bunk bed and good closet space and a set of drawers. Wall mounted smart TV.
Bathroom - sink, toilet, and shower over bath
Full/ Queen - large and comfortable room with relaxing decor. Good closet space and a small set of drawers. Wall mounted smart TV.
King Master - a lovely large bedroom which also has direct access to a large balcony with stunning lake views.
This room also has a luxury sized en suite, with a large walk in shower, soaking tub, and his and hers sinks.
This room has a walk in closet, and a large smart TV.
Balcony has a range of seating options for you to relax after a busy day.
Other things to note
Please read the below information prior to booking!
PARKING:
Parking is available for 2 cars only on the driveway. The community does not allow on street parking overnight.
BBQ:
Please be aware that BBQ is listed as an amenity, these are available for hire at an additional cost.
THIS PROPERTY IS SELF CATERING:
Upon arrival, there will be 1 x toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and 2 x additional trash bags, 2 x laundry pods, and 2 x dishwasher tabs. There will also be a hand soap in each bathroom for your use.
Any further items beyond this will need to be purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
POOL HEAT:
* Pool heat - this can be added, and the cost is $35 per night.
The pool can take upto 24 hours to heat up, and there is a 4 day minimum required for pool heat.
Please let us know the day before your arrival at the latest if you would like it switched on.

The majority of the pool heaters in Central Florida are electric heaters, and warm the water by taking heat from the air temperature.
In the cooler months, the water may not heat to your expectations if air temperatures are low.
We are not able to influence air temperature in any way, and as such we can't guarantee that the pools will reach their target temperatures in the cooler months. Please bear this in mind when making your decision to add pool heat.
No refunds will be given for pools that are "not hot enough" during the cooler months.
The electric pool heaters are still running for 12 hours a day to heat the pool, even by a few degrees
SPA vs HOT TUB - PLEASE READ!
Please be aware that this home has a spa, which is not a standalone, independently heated hot tub.
The spa is connected to the pool, and shares a heating source with the main pool. The spa will only be heated if you request and pay for pool heat.
If you elect to pay for pool heat, please be aware that the main pool will heat as the default setting. The spa will only start to heat once it is switched on at the wall. At this point, the heat will divert from the main pool, to the spa to heat it. When the spa switches off, the heat diverts back to the main pool.
Please note that the spa WILL NOT be constantly heated to 104f as a hot tub would be. It will only heat once switched on.
This is a private home, on a private residential community. Trash is collected by Polk County once per week: all Household trash on a Tuesday. It is the guests responsibility to put trash cans to the curb for the weekly trash collection during their stay.
This ensures that all guests have ongoing trash facilities to use on a weekly basis. If the outdoor trash cans are not put out for collection, trash can quickly build up and will then pass onto and impact the next guests stay.
