Loft area is perfect for hanging out and playing games, with a comfy low-profile couch, plus a day bed that can be made to a king bed if you like.

**Hurricane Helene took down quite a few large trees. We’ve been working to get them cut and removed, but the process has been slow over the winter. Please excuse any mess along trails and in the fields as we safely clear paths and trails again and prep the land to plant new vegetation in March and April. Please use caution.

The remaining property (40 acres) is available for use by you and the guests of the second rental on site. The common area at the barn has large stone fire pit, picnic table, hammocks, games (corn hole, ladder ball, bocce ball), charcoal grill, night lighting and chairs for your use.
The large, rolling field on the right of the entrance drive is for your use, as well as the gravel path heading into the wooded part of the property.
