This is a fully furnished vacation rental. It is located close to downtown Silver City in the historic district. It is perfect for a short stay or a longer term stay. It is both cozy and functional for our guests. Accommodation is intended for 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children. Any adults desiring to book with more than four can do so upon request and a $20.00 per person per night fee will apply. Dogs allowed. We do charge a $20 fee per dog per stay, pay to host after check in.

The kitchen features modern appliances including a stainless steel oven, a microwave, and a spacious island with a granite countertop. Bright white cabinets are complemented by decorative accents. The hospital and track are near by. We have had the same great, but very close neighbors for over 15 years who watch out for each other. The traffic can be busy on weekdays around 8am and 5pm.

Brian's little place is perfect for a couple to explore the bootheel of NM, and, in 80 miles visit Bisbee, or cross into Mexico. The apartment is small, but very nicely appointed, with decent internet. highly recommended

Great place to stay, is comfortable and convenient. Has almost everything you need for your stay. Bring your own bathing/laundry soap, food and clothes and you’ll be set. Host is very accommodating and friendly.

Great place to stay with a large birding group. Close to Portal. Units 1 and 2 have a connecting door, which was great for our group. The only hick-up was no internet.

My stay was great. Jen and Bernadette are both excellent hosts and also responded quickly. I highly recommend for anyone staying for an extended period - this place has everything you could possibly need and is comfortable and cozy. Fantastic value for the price - would definitely stay again!

Excellent place to stay in Deming. Fairly close to the supermarket “Peppers” and only 40 mins to Mexico! I was impressed with the cleanliness and niceness of everything. I felt right at home and it was way too big for one person, but super easy for company and making food. The host was lovely and accommodating!

The living area features a comfortable sofa and a dining table set for four. Natural light flows in through two windows, framed by dark blinds. A ceiling fan adds functionality, while an elegant mirror and wall art enhance the space's design.

Jennifer's place was fantastic for 2 months of working in the area! She and her team did an amazing job with responsiveness and solutions when any minor issues surfaced. The location was perfect, AC and wifi were great, super quiet, and the dark shades were amazing for crashing out early to be up at 4am the next day for work! Highly recommend booming with Jennifer for your accommodations, I would again in a heartbeat given the oppurtunity. Thanks again for welcoming up your home to others!

My husband and I had a great stay at this clean and safe tiny home. We were only there for 1 night while we visited the Gila Cliff Dwellings. We would stay again!

The pictures for cabin barely do it justice! The porch is stunning, there are gorgeous views from every room, and it's so cozy! We had a great time hiking nearby, walking around Kingston and just generally relaxing. Would love to come back!

Truly can’t recommend Erica or her home enough!!! We were driving through and planning on staying further away but desperately needed a break for the night and booked the Airbnb last minute. Erica responded right away and came to our rescue. There was plenty of parking for our truck and 30ft trailer and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!!
