Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Grandola ed Uniti

My girlfriend, our little dog and I were looking for a place to relax, enjoy nature and be far away from any city stress. If you’re looking for something similar, there’s no place better than Silvano‘s place! It has beautiful scenery, an amazing view, a rustic garden and a very nice house that feels welcoming!

Great place!! Views are amazing and the patio/backyard place is really nice to hang out at. Definitely would come back to this place! Just watch for the wind and doors closing but there are little feet door stoppers to prevent. haha not a bad problem to have! Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Varenna! This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

We loved this place! Eros and Daniel were responsive hosts and so friendly! They had a book listing all of the things to do in the area including restaurants we might like to try. Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable! The private garden overlooking the lake is so beautiful! We spent afternoons and evenings in the garden. The bus stop is super close to this place, so we could hop on and ride easily to nearby towns. We will definitely be back! If you don’t book this place you will be missing out!!

This home is in an outstanding location overlooking the lake and Lugano. We were blown away by the view from every window. The location was very peaceful, and the home was extremely well-stocked. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony or the covered deck every day (depending on how hot it was!). The home is located a quick drive to downtown Lugano, and a short drive to the top of Monte Bre (highly recommend!) and to Gandria (also highly recommend). We fell in love with Lugano and the surrounding area thanks in part to this house…we will definitely be back.

Carla’s place so so cute and cozy and had the best views. We felt right at home. She had super helpful instruction on check-in and listed several restaurants she recommended. We really liked Taverna Malanotte in Bellano. Also, the spa was great and was a highlight of our trip!

Nous vous recommandons les yeux fermés l’appartement et nous sommes ravies d’y avoir séjourné pendant 4 jours !😊 La vue est absolument incroyable et très dépaysante. L’appartement fait moins vieux que sur les photos et la literie est bonne. Il est idéalement situé au-dessus du village de Varenna, si les escaliers et marcher ne vous fait pas peur. Il y a une épicerie dans Perledo ce qui est aussi très pratique. Encore un grand merci à Andrea pour l’ensemble de ses conseils et son transport entre la gare et l’appartement avec sa voiture lors de notre arrivée et au retour. Avec les bagages, c’est vraiment un service en plus !

Monica ist eine sympathische und herzliche Gastgeberin ... eine Power-Frau. Auf Fragen hat Sie schnell geantwortet, und proaktiv Empfehlungen für Restaurants abgegeben. Kurz, man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Die Location ist ein Traum! Sauber, sehr ruhig gelegen und toll eingerichtet ... und die Aussicht phänomenal! Kann es nur empfehlen! :-)

We loved this place! It was a weekend trip and was a perfect price and area for us. Only down side is the bell tower. It didn't bother us much because we had to be up early every day, but it could get annoying around the morning for people who are staying longer. Luca, was the one we were in contact with, and he was amazing. Gave us many recommendations around the area and was super responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend this area in Bellagio because it's so close to all the restaurants and shops. The ferry is also very close to this Airbnb!

This is a one of a kind airbnb - an extremely beautiful home. Great for a romantic trip. If you are planning to do significant travel in between towns, it is a bit more difficult location-wise as it is a ~20-25 minute walk (no sidewalk) to Torno for ferries and taxis are hard to come by, but you can plan your day around the ferry times. Monica was very responsive and made check-in easy. Would stay here again.

Camillo is a true gentleman and his apartment is a home away from home. It had everything we needed for our stay. He has thought of everything, very good attention to detail (unlike other places we have stayed). It was very clean and welcoming and was the most at home we have felt in an airbnb. Camillo even collected us from the bus station and dropped us back there at the end of our stay. He had great suggestions for travel in the area also. The views from the apartment are heavenly. I will definitely come back. It is a lovely quiet village just 1km walk to Menaggio. Definitely very relaxing after a busy week prior. Thank you Camillo, we loved our stay!

Einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war super sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dabei sehr gemütlich. Das Bett mit Topper war unglaublich bequem – ich habe selten so gut geschlafen. Alles ist ebenerdig, barrierefrei und somit auch für Menschen mit Einschränkungen bestens geeignet. Besonders praktisch: der private, geschützte Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür Der Gastgeber war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit Hervorzuheben ist der großartige Guide-Ordner mit vielen persönlichen Tipps, von denen ich einige trotz fünf Jahren Urlaub am Comer See noch nicht kannte. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber gut erreichbar und einfach zu finden. Rundum eine tolle Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail – ich komme definitiv wieder!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La vue est magnifique et l’environnement est propice au repos et à la déconnexion. Le jacuzzi et la piscine sont vraiment des plus qui permettent de passer un séjour inoubliable ! Attention, il est indispensable d’avoir une voiture ! Le logement est situé très haut dans les montagnes. Pas de commerce accessibles à pieds.

We really enjoyed our stay at Matteos apartment and really appreciated the flexibility provided at check in. The view is spectacular and a short walk into the old town. Supermarket is within 10 min walk which is great for buying food supplies and the apartment itself is spacious and comfortable I would recommend this apartment and stay again

What a beautiful property. Super clean and tidy with everything you could need. There is a lovely walk into Bellagio from the property. We really enjoyed staying here and the host is fantastic. Great communication, and fantastic recommendations. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much for having us ☺️

Was immediately drawn to the charm of this place! Loved the location by the waterfall, bridge and boat landing. Loved the walk past the boat landing that had incredible views of the lake, the flavor and history of the town…I walked on the cobblestones all the way to the church. I recommend taking the hosts instructions on taking the bus from the train station to his place in Nesso. It was definitely fun to walk from the train station into Como downtown and eat lunch, but getting the bus from there to his place is very hectic and crazy. The buses fill up fast from there with all the Lakeside people! You will save time by walking back to the train station and getting the bus from there. We happened to be there on a holiday weekend the end of May and the buses were not reliable. And the lines were long. I recommend the boats, they are more reliable. But hint… when we went to Bellagio, they said to get in line a half an hour before your boat takes off..you need more time! At least 45.

Lovely lakeside views, calm and peaceful; these are hard to beat. We were treated to chilled prosecco and enough coffee pods to get us through a couple days! Our host provided perfect video instruction to get in so we had the flexibility to arrive when we wanted. The space was bright in the common areas and muted in the bedroom area for sleeping. Plus two bathrooms with new showers, very well apportioned. (Remember to bring soap or body wash as it was not supplied) Drive to Bellagio less than 15 minutes—the roads in the area are windy and a bit narrow but we got used to it. We ate out but the kitchen was well set up with utensils.

Loved staying here in Perledo! The apartment was clean and had everything we need for our stay! Selena was extremely helpful when it came to trying to figure out the train disruption in Varenna. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area!
