Monthly Rentals in Grand Canal

Very clean and excellent view during our stay in Venice!

The apartment was beautiful and very large with great artwork and a very comfortable bed. The downside was the inadequate shower which was a makeshift hanging unstable shower head. I couldn’t wash my hair. The floor tiles were broken. The bathroom was in need of repair and redoing of shower. We couldn’t locate the WiFi and Marina was in a very big hurry to check us in so we didn’t have adequate welcoming and explanation of how to use/play music and use the keys to lock apartment. All said, the location and beauty of the apartment was fabulous with 5 windows opening up to the canal!

Amazing place with very friendly host Miriam :) You can actually feel Venice from your couch. Nice apartment, very gool location, 15 min walk from the city parking. Supermarket downstairs and quiet place in the middle of a city. Gracie mille Miriam!

We had a fantastic stay in Paolo's place in Venice. The space was immaculate and accurately matched the description. It is conveniently close by to many attractions as well as vaparetto stops along the water. Paolo gave us many recommendations that were very insightful for our trip. We would stay here again next time in Venice and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.
