Vacation rentals with lake access in Grand Canal

Perfect place to stay if you don’t mind share bathroom. We enjoyed our stay at Filippos place for one night, close to airport that suited us as we had late flight. Thank you ☺️

Everything was superlative. Filipo was super, friendly, always available to us. He provided us with snacks and drinks. Helped us with transportation. The villa is great, has in the yard a lake with swans. It's a wonder to wake up in such an environment. Spacious rooms, minimalistly furnished but clean. Bathrooms on both levels, equipped with everything you need. Transportation from Treviso to the villa kinda hard for lack of taxis, but it's not up to the host. It's great if you have a car. I highly recommend staying at this villa. Thank you, Filipo! For sure, if we come back to Venice, man see us again! 👍

I just returned from spending a month at Filippo's place! Absolutely wonderful experience! Hoping to stay again next year! The room was as expected, great environment control, comfortable and met all my needs. They even accomodated my bicycle. Complimentary coffee/brioche at the bar down the street every morning. The property backs onto a calm river with plenty of nesting birds including swans and a variety of ducks. Nature walk down the street with the Treviso-Ostiglia bicycle/walk path that goes all the way to Treviso and over 100 km in the opposite direction. All the food and services you can think of are within less than a km away, including restaurants, cafe's, bars, Lidl grocery store, 2 pharmacies, gelato, car rental, bank, and even a laundramat around the corner. I was invited to an evening bbq with their fabulous family and friends and had a delicious, wonderful time! This past month's experience was far better than my expectations! Absolutely loved it.

We needed to arrange things very quickly for my son to stay and Vasco and Nathalie were super quick to respond and help. Great place and perfect location for us. Thank you both!

I cannot recommend Maria enough. Her and her husband’s hospitality was unmatched. From arranging all water taxis, to meeting upon arrival and escorting to the rental, to the detailed materials provided on safe and easy travel throughout the city with all the must sees and local favorites, they provided exceptional care for us to enjoy our stay and ensure we had the best experience possible. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Venice.

From the moment of booking I received helpful and clear communication for our stay in Venice. Checking was easy to arrange with Bepi and he met us on time and explained everything to us on arrival. The apartment was as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was fantastic and easy to find and the local area was quiet but with a shop, restaurants and train station all minutes away. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. There was a light in one bathroom which didn’t work but this was fixed quickly by our host. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book the apartment again - could not fault it for what we needed on this trip.

We had a fantastic time in Venice Lido at Une's apartment. We were a group of 12 people and we settled in very well. The apartment is close to the vaporetto stop (10 min walk), which allows you to get to Venice without a problem. We were looking to be a little away from Venice, in a house that would allow us to have a garden, more spacious, but at the same time, well located for transfers to the different excursions we had planned. And Une's house brings all these features together very well. It is true, to mention one small criticism, that some beds are already somewhat old and would require a replacement, but in general, we all rested well. Otherwise, Une and Lisa - who is the one who welcomed us - were attentive at all times to any need that might arise. In short, Une's house is highly recommended for relatively large groups who want to have a little more space to be able to visit charming Veneto.

Nayin's apartment is equipped with every service, convenient for the surrounding activities and the presence of two bathrooms is an added value. Nayin is an available, kind and caring host. Highly recommended to stay here

Pietro was so great, engaged so much in giving us different recommendations. Very friendly. The location is amazing and Pietro helped us to reserve a good parking place in the city. We were 5 people and the place was very good.

The house is comfortable. Good transport for Venice from Gazzera station or Mestre station. The host is kind and present.

Our stay in Pietro's apartment was wonderful. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for us who were a group of four. We also enjoyed the terrace. The apartment is in a great neighborhood, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. Communication with Pietro was impeccable. It was easy to contact him and he always responded very quickly.

It went very well Cavalinno is an ideal place to spend your stay. Very nice apartment close to shops . Quiet facing the lagoon with terraces. A place where you want to go back for sure . Benedetta was very kind and welcoming to us . Thank you for everything I would recommend it

Mauro's 0lace was so great! The location was fantastic, easy to get to from the waterbus. We loved staying right on the water and listening to the boats pass by - it was soothing and not noisy. It was an easy checking in, and communication was excellent. I hope to stay here again when we are in the area.
