The best place to stay in Venice. Far away from the crowds but in the heart. We loved it and will go back

The place was perfect and looked even better than the pictures. The location is super walkable and close to everything that Venice has to offer. The host was very welcoming and offered great recommendations. You will not find a better 2 bed and 2 bath place! I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment is in a quiet area. Nearby there are many means of transport and you can reach Venice by a direct bus (no. 2). The host was very kind, responded quickly every time and helped us with useful information.

It was very, very nice. The host was communicative, kind, and listened to various requests. The accommodation itself was good for two people, the location was good, and we had a good time without any interruptions. Considering the waterfront in Venice, I don't think the price was bad.

We had a great stay at this property. The courtyard is a lovely bonus. Novella was responsive and the location is fabulous.

The apartment's decoration is beautiful, it is located in a very central place close to the best attractions, Barnaba was attentive to us the whole time and attentive to answering all the requirements in a very agile and gentle way, we had to pay a fee for arriving very late at night due to the delay of our flight but our stay was very comfortable, two bedroom apartment with everything you need and very clean, very suitable for seniors like my parents. Thank you for everything.

A lovely apartment in a quiet and excellent location for exploring the biennial and the city. Marika and Alan were attentive and helpful hosts, and we were extremely comfortable there! Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Massimo’s place. He alloys to check in early and store our luggage after check out as we were leaving in the evening. Massimo gave us lots of suggestions about sightseeing and restaurants and was always available to answer our questions. Apartment is located close to the city center yet quiet. It is spacious and very bright. We definitely will stay at Massimo’s place again.

Great host. Great location. The best is being able to order water taxi right up to the room to take to airport. Much help to avoid dragging luggage.

We only stayed (as scheduled) for one night but our experience was spectacular. Marisa was very proactive with her communication. The property itself is exactly as it appears in the photos, and the view from the balcony is incredible. We walked all over without any issue. When I had questions regarding public transportation, Marisa was very helpful. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space, especially with two nicely sized bathrooms. We also had fast internet speed even with 5 family members connected. Overall Marisa’s place is definitely 5 stars. We would absolutely stay again! Thanks for having us.

The accommodation is perfectly located in the beautiful quiet neighborhood of Santa Elena. Giardini Biennale can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Within 100m you will find many good restaurants, a vegetable boat, a butcher, a fish seller and a baker. Perfect for a longer stay in Venice. There are two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen.

Great place in the center of everything.

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Everything was exactly as described, no surprises awaited us. Communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

Giulia and Alessandro were amazing hosts from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped! My highlight is the host’s communication before, during and even after our visit - I travelled from the UK for the local IRONMAN event , they even sorted me out a taxi from the airport that accommodated my bike suitcase - and accommodated for my awkward flight times so I didn’t need to carry my luggage around for the morning - they even managed to get a video of me finishing the race! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location being only a few hundred metres from the beach and restaurants Thoroughly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Jesolo! The place was clean, extremely peaceful, and perfectly secluded within a golf course surrounded by lakes. It was the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy nature. An extra bonus was the incredibly friendly cat that greeted us outside—such a sweet touch!

A very nice place in pleasant surroundings. Everything you need was available – the amenities left nothing to be desired. The location is excellent and communication with the host was extremely pleasant. Absolutely recommended!

Fantastic place, made lots of use of the free bicycles to get to and from the beach. Was brilliant!

I stayed with my family in this very nice, cozy, clean house with the latest furniture and accessories (65-inch TV, WiFi, etc.). The house was even bigger than you could hope from the photos. Two large bathrooms with a large shower. A large double bedroom with a comfortable mattress and warm, soft and clean linens. A bedroom with two large beds and comfortable spaces, a comfortable hallway. The kitchen and living room are very functional. A large sofa where you can relax with the whole family. In short, well above expectations. The host always responded promptly to needs and was very friendly. It is a solution that I highly recommend for the large spaces, the proximity to the sea, the swimming pool (which considering the month we were not able to use), the parking a short walk away. I hope to be back soon! Thanks again!

Markus was great, always willing to help and the place was great too. The only thing that bothered us was the mosquitoes, so just heads up about the mosquitoes to be better prepared
