Vacation rentals with a patio in Giovinazzo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The flat is clean, spacious and freshly renovated. It looks even better in reality than on the photo! Special thanks to Gero, he is a sociable and nice person, he was in touch all the time! This flat exceeded our expectations, I highly recommend staying here.

Isabella’s house is one of those beautifully constructed built-to-last Italian homes. There is a large terrazza, and it is perfectly private, surrounded on all open sides with greenery and privacy fencing. It is obvious that they have thought through every detail of their hosting, because the apartment was superb, the amenities were perfect, the communication was friendly and proactive, and every one on the support staff, from the housekeeper to the recommended driver, showed nothing but 100% perfect professionalism. I really must recommend Isabella’s place in the highest possible terms. In addition, it is right on the sea and the wifi works well- so 10 out of 10.

Great stay at Massimo and Ada's Amalo house. The place was very clean with every possible thing you could need for a Holliday in Bari. We wish we could have stayed longer. Ada was amazing with her restaurant recommendations as well. Definitely recommend.

Had a great stay. Super friendly, if you had any questions or needed anything there was super quick action. Everything is at walking distance and the town is great too. Large supermarket a few minutes by car. Accommodation was super neat and clean, beautiful resort, clean swimming pool, super neat all. Can't help but give this a big 10. Keep in mind that if you have a stroller, there are a lot of stairs. Have breakfast at Verno, tasty croissants and cappuccino. Lots to do in the neighborhood as well. Within a radius of 30 minutes by car, you can entertain yourself all week with all kinds of nice villages.

That was a lovely stay! Apartment is located perfectly between the beach and old town, so if you’re looking forward to visiting both- it’s a perfect spot for you! I think the apartment looks even better than on the pictures! Clean and I really liked the interior. The bedrooms are very spacious- kitchen and bathroom a little small, but that wasn’t a huge problem. The only thing that could be an issue is a loud hydraulic pump- but it’s understandable as it’s a rather older building, but you can get used to that! It was a rather quiet, less touristy area, but I prefer it that way. You can find amazing focaccia ( Panificio Violante) just around the corner and a fresh fruit and vegetable market at the end of the block. Very easy check in and check out! Nicola let us in earlier, right after our flight! He was very kind and helpful with everything! If I’d ever come back to Bari, I’d definitely want to stay here again! 100% recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The house was spacious, well-maintained, and felt just like home. One of the highlights was the large patio, perfect for relaxing and spending time together The house was well equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to settle in right away. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly. Communication with our host was smooth and easy; he was very responsive and provided helpful local recommendations. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway!

Very nice house, ideal x a little relaxation in the tranquility of the surrounding nature! The outdoor area is well cared for and great for fresh and outdoor dining. 5 minutes by car from the Mercadante forest and the pretty and typical Apulian village, Cassano delle Murge. Dario was a helpful host and quick to respond to our messages....highly recommended!!

Beautiful modern chic home north of Bari with everything you need. Peaceful, beautiful surroundings, in a closed residential park, so it's completely safe. The nearest public transportation is about 2 km, so a rental car or taxi is recommended. Anton is more than a perfect host, he did everything for us, he helped us with everything, we were very happy to meet you, I hope to be back! Thank you Anton!

The house is in a good and quiet location. It was a clean and cozy house and had everything to make you feel at home. I would recommend it to everyone, especially those with a large family.

the place is very spacious, new and super clean. the ground floor facilitates people with walking problems (I traveled with my elderly parents). upon arrival we also found water and everything you need for a good breakfast. Michele and his wife are perfect hosts: kind, helpful and sociable. what else to say? perfect and highly recommended!

The place was perfect! Hosts were very helpful and responsive, place was clean and had everything we needed. The checkin and checkout process was also very easy and quick which really helped upon arrival. We would def recommend staying here. The only downside was the restaurant de gustibus a local restaurant nearby wasn’t great. We were excited to try a local Italian restaurant and we waited for over 2hrs for our food and also food wasn’t great. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Luca is a great host. He let us make a earlier check in. Show me the top location to visit, and gave me advice about the bars and restaurants. The location of the place is on top center.

Great space in the city center. 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and a balcony with everything you need in excellent condition. You feel right at home in the apartment. Right next door is a pizzeria, a coffee and an osteria with 'home cooking'. Michele takes excellent care of it and asks again and again in between if everything is okay. Here you can really spend an excellent vacation. Thank you!

This was the perfect location to stay in Molfetta. Old Molfetta is right on the door step and within walking distance. I couldn’t have asked for a better host for my stay, Rosella was consistently checking in to ensure I had everything I need and was able to provide detailed information about the area as well as great recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants. I can’t wait to come back!

We spent one night and it was ok. The place is really nice and very clean but the bedroom has windows which goes inside the staircase, so you can hear when the neighbour is entering the building and walks and talks, which interrupts the sleep. So this apartment is not for the light sleepers.

Filippo and Antonellea are wonderful people. They contacted me a few days before our arrival and gave us information about the checkin. Their response were super fast and very friendly! The apartment is very nice, just as on the pictures. Everything is there what you need. It is very quiet, it is not looking on the streets. The Old Town is in 5 minutes walk and the train station is around 12. It is in a very good location! I am highly recommend to Stay at Fillipo’s apartment if you want to spend a few days in Bari!

This a wonderful place. It’s beautifully furnished and everything was immaculate. There is a grocery store and restaurants close by and the neighborhood is beautiful and full of history. Also, street parking is close by and quite cheap. The only caution is that the apartment has steep and narrow stairs. Although this was not an issue for us. All in all a great place in a lovely town with a very responsive host.

The apartment is very cozy, newly furnished. Very quiet, but close to the main town attractions. Not far from Bari Centrale railway station. There are several good supermarkets nearby.

Marco was an incredibly great host who always helped us very quickly. The garage arrangement was particularly great. The apartment was very clean and the terrace was a dream. Noise sensitive people should take earplugs to sleep, but that is a problem of Bari and not of the apartment. We had a wonderful vacation!
