Marina is a wonderful hostess. She was always helpful and replied immediately. The house is beautiful and well equipped. It was clean upon arrival and according to the descriptions and photos. There is wood for the fireplace! Marinas restaurant recommendation worked very well for us (Terrarossa in Conversano) and the place is a great hub for trips as far as Matera. We recommend Conversano as well, less tourist than in other places but very nice as well, e. g. for aperitivi. Everything worked superbly and we enjoyed our stay very much and will recommend this beautiful place to friends. Thanks a lot, Marina!

Beautiful place in the heart of Sannicandro! Perfect for a family of 4, great location with lots to do very close by. Eugenia was a great host, we highly recommend staying here.

We felt very comfortable at the casa Monica. Everything is so sweet and nicely decorated. Lots of lovely touches. A very comfy bed and great kitchen. A very nice bathroom. The terrace is very nice. It was just beautiful at Monica's and she is a very very kind host. Many great places were easy to reach from Noicattaro. We would love to come back anytime. ❤️

This villa is a gem, as well as the owner Vito, a wonderful and remarkable person. He took very good care of us, saved us in 10 min when we accidentally locked ourselves out, checked on the house when we asked, got the pool ready for use, brought extra towels, gave advice for places to visit, beaches, restaurants. one day he showed up with surprise - best focaccia we've ever had. We will come back, thank you for wonderful vacations!!!!

The place is really very nice, special, high quality and everything is lovingly renovated. The place is not the most beautiful in the area but not very touristy, which we loved. Since we were on site for two weeks, we learned to love Castellana (charming cafes + very good restaurants right on site). By car, you can reach the beautiful cities of Polignano or Monopoli in 20 minutes. Nearby you can usually find a parking space quickly and there is plenty of shopping. Back to the accommodation: the stairs are very much and steep, so you have to be agile or become! 😉 The balconies + the roof terrace are great, we loved the outdoor kitchen!! The washing machine is also very convenient for a longer stay. Overall everything very comfortable and modern, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!! 🫶 The kitchen with amenities is more suitable for simple kitchen rather than for extensive cooking evenings. Communication and organization was great too!

Our intergenerational cohort of 3 ranging, from 5 to 80 years old, had a brilliant time at Salvatore's gorgeously renovated home in bustling downtown Molfetta in no small part because of all the extra courtesies Salvatore extended to make our stay enjoyable - from extending the use of an extra downstair bedroom, to troubleshooting small logistical issues to sharing his knowledge of the region and advising on leisure destinations. I highly recommend Salvatore's home and already look forward to returning!

We had a fantastic stay! Gianni is an incredibly friendly and helpful host. From the beginning we were given clear and detailed instructions, which made our stay even more pleasant. The apartment itself exceeded all our expectations. It is enormously spacious and has beautiful authentic elements that add a lot of character to the space. It was a great experience. The room was spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen and all kinds of appliances. Most importantly, the host was very welcoming. Responded promptly. The check-in was very pleasant. And when we asked if there was a restaurant nearby, because some of the host's father even offered to drive us to the restaurant. The recommended restaurants were also very nice. I highly recommend this house.👍👍

The accommodation is very nice, clean and matching the description, nice decor choices and the shower, too bad for the lack of natural light due to the lack of windows that are a little felt. The property is in a convenient location to easily reach the points of interest. We were happy with the presence of food and drinks for breakfast as well as the bottles of water that were offered to us, thank you. The only downside to the lack of windows that happened to us during our visit was the lack of flexibility in checkout time, we had been told to prepare to leave at 9:00 am as it happened, but as early as 8.45 they began to ring and knock on the door, I would have honestly waited 9:00 had been the host, also because then at 9.05 we were already out of the accommodation. Finally, there was a misunderstanding about the garbage management that we apologize for, we heard after we had to throw it away. Thank you.

Wonderful host, so helpful, friendly. Perfect location for the coast, visit local pretty towns. . Great restaurant suggestions, places to visit, even took us to a local olive oil press to buy oil to take home, fantastic experience to see first hand how it’s made. Wonderful apartment, sunken bath tub was lush, quality bed linen, towels, shower, everything was perfect, you must book, a 5* apartment. Thank you x

Nice spacious villa with lots of outdoor space. Very clean. We enjoyed the foosball table and the wild cats who made their visit every day. The estate is nice and relaxing, perfect for relaxing week-end or a group party.

There are no surprises here. It is beautiful. Clean, well equipped, peaceful, gorgeous pool, comfortable, safe. Would definitely rent again. We loved every minute!

Pia was a great host, and her villa was beautiful especially the outdoor space. She was responsive and super helpful with accommodating us especially because we didn’t have a car and it was a bit harder to move around the area. She provided a number for a ride. She also provided restaurant recommendations which was very much appreciated. The area is a little bit hard to get to but I believe that’s normal in poligiano e mare. I recommend to others and would stay again! Thanks pia!

Stefania's place is in a beautiful location, overlooking the Adriatic and the scenic countryside of Puglia. It's in a great location to be able to get to multiple beautiful towns in the region with many great things to do and see. Be prepared that it's in a remote location, nestled in the olive trees and vineyards of the area, and the roads can be rough. However, once you get there, the house is very comfortable with a beautiful pool. Stefania's house is clean, well-appointed and has everything you need.
