Vacation rentals with beach access in Giovinazzo

Super stay in Bari, can only recommend this apartment to everyone! Flat is right in the heart of downtown, everything is close by, guided tours start within a few minutes walk. We used the apartment for our family of four (wife, husband, kids 19-yr and 15-yr), so for us 2 separate baths and 2 separate bedrooms were important. The big balcony was a nice place to hang out. Be aware that access to the flat, which is on the 1st floor, is up a few steep steps, no elevator (which is standard for most houses in the downtown area), so just be mindful of that. I have to stress how well the local person, Beppe, managed everything for us, including organising a trustworthy taxi in the morning of our departure, which was a godsend, given that we were a little scammed on our way in (30 EUR charged in cash, no receipt .. instead of the 25 EUR "fixed price" from the airport). He also helped us with restaurant tips, etc, a truly excellent person! Grazie, Beppe! :)

I was very happy with the apartment and time spent in Molfetta and around Puglia!! The location of the apartment was great, although I was a little annoyed with the street noise (cars etc) and the loud next door neighbours (other guests I guessed) during nighttime. In the apartment was everything I needed. Only a kettle to make tea would have been great (since evenings were becoming chilly in November and the radiator was still off 😅). I didn't meet Maria in person, but she was available via messages and was very thoughtful, helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot!

Wonderful stay! My sister and I spent 7 days in Antonella's apartment, which was an excellent host! We feel extremely careful with the attention and affection provided by the host. Village she gave us all the information for us to transit (inclusive) to the surrounding cities (with train schedules and values!). The building is beautiful, comfortable, quiet, super nicely decorated. The best Aibnb we stayed in during our 22 days trip was fired. Thank you for everything Antonella!

Carefully furnished and decorated apartment. Central location 2 steps from the port and restaurants. Quiet. Nice terrace. Super easy communication with Giuseppe on the other side of the world.

Marta welcomed us into her home, first of all offering her humanity. Having some special needs, Marta was very flexible and supported us from the moment of booking. You can feel their care and attention to small things, the house is a jewel. We'll definitely be back!

Grazia and Antonio were super hospitable, they immediately provided us with every possible indication. The house is very comfortable, it has a priceless view of the sea and looking at the waves from the large windows of the house is very relaxing and evocative. The terrace is very large, too bad only for the visit in December that has not allowed you to stay outside. Grazia allowed us to move the check-out forward, about two hours, allowing us a more comfortable restart. They greeted us with a bottle of wine upon arrival. Really great, I highly recommend it!!!

The place is magnificent! In the middle of the historic town, easy to get to. Miriam is probably the most hospitable person we've met :) She will greet you and show all the house, making sure you are comfortable in her house for the duration of your stay. Although it is located in the historic town of Bari, the house is one of the most modern ones we've been into. If you are more of a shopper, you are just minutes away from a huge list high-end stores, located just outside the old city walls. Everything you need at your fingertips. We highly recommend Miriam and her beautiful house. We will definitely be back here on our next trip to Bari :)

We regularly stay at apartments, inns, and B&B’ during our European travels. Sometimes the accommodations leave you disappointed, but quite often they surprise you by being better than what was expected. Vincenzo’s place certainly would fit the description “Much Better Than Expected”. It is a modern new apartment in a new building and truly comes with all the bells and whistles. Security entrances, self check-in, free underground garage parking, and immediately across the street from a wonderful sandy beach. The apartment is fully equipped with coffee maker, microwave, full oven, range top, full size refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Power shutters/shades to provide as much shade or privacy as needed. Super comfortable bed with top case linens for a great sleep. Then there is the “yard”…hot tub, barbecue, even a ping pong table. And 2 bikes provided. 20minutes from the airport and 15 minute drive to Bari Vecchia Puts Vincenzo is a super host! Stay Here!

Great apartment in the heart of Giovinazzo, Salvatore was easy to deal with

Cute, clean apartment with modern furnishings and easy self-checkin. Loved the coved ceilings. The host was responsive and the neighbors were nice. Note that there is only one small window in the whole place. Wifi was good but we had to go back out to the street to get a cell signal.

Beautiful apartment, private backyard. Recommended. Could use an extra microwave for the kitchen.

What a great stay in Bari! Andrea’s place is located in the best spot to explore the old city and is a great launching pad for all that Puglia has to offer. The flat has everything you could want for your stay and is so unique in location, charm and decor. We loved it. Andrea, the host, is truly a wonderful person. Our flight was delayed upon arrival and he graciously picked us up from the airport and had the thoughtfulness to prepare some local food since all the restaurants would be closed. He is a wealth of knowledge regarding Bari and the surrounding areas so you have recommendations and guidance at your fingertips. Andrea is more than a host, we think of him as a longtime friend. Our intergenerational cohort of 3 ranging, from 5 to 80 years old, had a brilliant time at Salvatore's gorgeously renovated home in bustling downtown Molfetta in no small part because of all the extra courtesies Salvatore extended to make our stay enjoyable - from extending the use of an extra downstair bedroom, to troubleshooting small logistical issues to sharing his knowledge of the region and advising on leisure destinations. I highly recommend Salvatore's home and already look forward to returning!

Casa dei Nonni is a typical old town house in Bari with steep stairs and a very pretty roof terrace. The kitchen is well equipped, which we only used for coffee in the morning, as we were only there for two nights. We liked the proximity to the numerous restaurants all the better and the location in the middle of old town.

Great space in the city center. 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and a balcony with everything you need in excellent condition. You feel right at home in the apartment. Right next door is a pizzeria, a coffee and an osteria with 'home cooking'. Michele takes excellent care of it and asks again and again in between if everything is okay. Here you can really spend an excellent vacation. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Martin's place. The apartment was clean, very functional, overall feeling was great. Martin is a very communicative host, always available for information. The town is small, typically southern Italien town, we actually did not see any nice beach around, but that was not our goal while we were looking for this accommodation. We needed a nice, clean and functional place to stay, especially in the late afternoons and evenings, otherwise we traveled around. It might be a bit difficult to be dependent on public transportation only while staying at Martin's place, but of course it depends on everyone's preferences. In conclusion, the place was exactly what we were looking for and we were satisfied.

Exactly as described, Angela was super helpful with my check in. Our ferry was 3 hours late and consequently we were much later checking in than I had messaged. It was no problem for her at all.

Antonio and his family are extremely proactive. They promptly solve any problems in the house. The house is well-equipped, with everything guests need . The house is better in person l If you need anything with the accommodation, look for Antônio who resolves on the spot .

Giorgio is a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment is clean and tidy and has air conditioning. The beach and city center are within walking distance and there is free parking 15 minutes from the apartment. The place is quiet and close to the coast. Giorgio was always available when needed and lives right in the apartment next door. We recommend this airbnb!

We had an amazing stay at Rosella’s apartment. Apt is located in the center of the city, lots of cafes and veggie shops around, there is also a gret bakery just next door where you can buy warm focaccias. Apartment is clean, and has everything you need. Grazie!

This house apartment is located in the suburbs of Santo Spirito de Bari, a former fishing village that has become residential and festive. This isn't a beach. It's quiet and relaxed but a little chic too. Distance from Bari: 45 min by bus n 1, frequent. Festive, so a little noisy on weekends. Very pleasant atmosphere, in the evening of families in the squares, in the morning cappucino in front of the port; fishermen bring their tide, beautiful fish and shellfish for almost nothing. All vegetables and fruits on the main street, caterers and wine shops. Numerous restaurants for all purses. In the evening, you can dine on the fabulous rooftop of the apartment with views of the whole small harbor, the terraces. A good life, really. I would highly recommend this place. Stella was an incredible host, extremely accommodating. She made us feel at home as we were travelling as a family for the first time. 5 stars and will stay here again! Also by the beach!!
