House vacation rentals in Giovinazzo

The place is as described. 15 min walk to a peaceful and gravely beach. There is a private parking with a gate, which was very convenient for us. The hist is very friendly and responds fast. I would recommend :)

Beautiful modern chic home north of Bari with everything you need. Peaceful, beautiful surroundings, in a closed residential park, so it's completely safe. The nearest public transportation is about 2 km, so a rental car or taxi is recommended. Anton is more than a perfect host, he did everything for us, he helped us with everything, we were very happy to meet you, I hope to be back! Thank you Anton!

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

The apartment we got was different from the one in the photos. The amenities were better than the listing. There was air conditioning that you can't see in the listing. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is clean and well-equipped. A clean bathroom with a bidet, everything is in working order. Washer. No iron. Quiet neighborhood, downstairs shops with vegetables, fish, liquors, cafe. The pool is no longer open in October. Close to a nice cove that shows the charm and cleanliness of the water by the calm sea. The host is kind and helpful. A quiet town, not much going on in October. To Bari half an hour by bus 12 or train from the train station 30min away. A good base for exploring nearby towns. Recommended.

We had a really relaxing stay in Marta's appartament. Everything was well equipped, clean and we enjoyed the outside area including the pool, lovely sitting area and two loungers. We also appreciate the privacy. Marta was always helpful and made us feel comfortable all the time. We'd like to come back for another time. For future guests, there are some calm animals (cats and dogs) in the yard.

Luis and his family are amazing people, the best stay i had so far and i have been to many places. Truly enjoyed the stay and recommend it to everyone. You will feel like home and will meet a lot of amazing people.

Pasquale went above and beyond during our stay. He even arranged for a friend take us to the airport at 4am for an early flight. His flat is wonderful. Large and well appointed. Great if you have a car that you need to park. We can’t say enough nice things about Pasquale and his place. Thanks for everything!

Incredible old school apartment with class and charm. It sits right outside the fishing port and you are steps away from the beautiful Adriatic Sea. The apartment itself is spacious and offers plenty of room, with all amenities you would need. Stay here if you want to feel at home!

We had a wonderful stay at Antonella's place! The apartment is in a very central and ideal location, perfect for exploring the city. Everything was clean and well equipped, we didn't miss anything. Only the house is a little clairvoyant, which did not disturb us. Antonella and her husband were very helpful and friendly. They even allowed us to leave our luggage with friends nearby, which made our departure day much more relaxed:)

We had a beautiful stay at Giuseppe's place! The location is right in the heart of Bari Vecchia and a stone's throw away from lovely cafés and restaurants. The apartment was clean and Giuseppe was very helpful and friendly!

What a great stay in Bari! Andrea’s place is located in the best spot to explore the old city and is a great launching pad for all that Puglia has to offer. The flat has everything you could want for your stay and is so unique in location, charm and decor. We loved it. Andrea, the host, is truly a wonderful person. Our flight was delayed upon arrival and he graciously picked us up from the airport and had the thoughtfulness to prepare some local food since all the restaurants would be closed. He is a wealth of knowledge regarding Bari and the surrounding areas so you have recommendations and guidance at your fingertips. Andrea is more than a host, we think of him as a longtime friend. I stayed for 1 month on Anastasia's Airbnb for 1 month. The place is well equipped, has everything it takes to cook something if it is necessary. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are good size, ideal for a couple. The apartment is a walking distance from the main sights and universities of the city. Anastasia welcomed me very well and was punctual, I strongly recommend. I also recommend trying the focaccia barense of the Magda bakery, which is a few blocks away.

My friend and I loved our stay! the place is so peaceful and beautiful with all the almond and fruit trees right in front of the patio. the house worked very well. in the mornings, we took our breakfast on the patio and walked along the trees. we walked one day to Castel del Monte, which is right next door.

We had a wonderful time at Giuseppe’s place. Such a cute little home. Quiet little town close to all the sites in Puglia. Thank you Giuseppe we hope to return one day 😃

Everything was fine only the kitchen equipment was not in order at all pans were crooked on the fire very little cutlery

Cute, clean apartment with modern furnishings and easy self-checkin. Loved the coved ceilings. The host was responsive and the neighbors were nice. Note that there is only one small window in the whole place. Wifi was good but we had to go back out to the street to get a cell signal.

Place is super cute and has all amenities. All major sites are 30-50 minutes away. Nice and quiet town, not much to do but walk to small piazzas, lots of restaurants and cafes. Very clean and comfortable we enjoyed fully. Hosts are very available and friendly.

Simply: We loved it ! A great house, welcoming, private, spacious ,comfortable, clean. It had everything we needed to feel good and rest at the end of the day. Close to beautiful places, so many ! Locorotondo, Alberobello, Gravina in Puglia, Monopoli Polignano Al Mare and the indispensable, Matera ! The fabulous Ostuni . The enchanted olive groves, losing sight ! And also for the most consumerists , a fantastic shopping mall 10 m by car . However, the house is in a locale full of local shops, with excellent local produce. If we can one day we will return to your home and to this beautiful province of Italia .

Everything is exceptional from start to finish. Very kind host and attentive to any need. Great class apartment, beautiful and very clean. You can see the care in every detail. To choose with your eyes closed., highly recommended.

Our intergenerational cohort of 3 ranging, from 5 to 80 years old, had a brilliant time at Salvatore's gorgeously renovated home in bustling downtown Molfetta in no small part because of all the extra courtesies Salvatore extended to make our stay enjoyable - from extending the use of an extra downstair bedroom, to troubleshooting small logistical issues to sharing his knowledge of the region and advising on leisure destinations. I highly recommend Salvatore's home and already look forward to returning!
