Giulia and her grandfather who welcomed us are incredibly warm and friendly people who are also far beyond the usual courtesies for their guests. We felt very well taken care of and all (very few) open questions were answered immediately. (Yes, the parking place in front of the house is safe. And the way to the delicious restaurants was quickly and easily explained.) The area is stunningly beautiful and if you like to be in nature, you will find everything your heart desires here. Whether cozy evening by the fireplace (already prepared by the Nonno) or hikes directly from the house ("attention" - a wonderful mountain bike trail starts right behind the house); in the secluded quiet location you will quickly find the peace and relaxation that the place promises. Giulia is absolutely uncomplicated and accommodating. I would say this has been the most beautiful Airbnb stay so far.

Chiara was very available by message and anticipated any questions. The place is clean and cute, the view from the balcony is really beautiful! 15min drive to the lake, with supermarkets and activities, walks and catering. I would recommend it!

Just perfect! The place was super clean, tastefully decorated and very cozy. The bed with topper was incredibly comfortable – I rarely slept so well. Everything is at ground level, barrier-free and therefore also ideally suited for people with disabilities. Especially practical: the private, protected parking space right outside the door Host was extremely friendly and helpful The great guide folder with many personal tips, some of which I did not know despite five years of vacation on Lake Como, should be highlighted. The location is quiet, but easily accessible and easy to find. All around a great place to stay with attention to detail – I will definitely come back!

Francesco’s apartment is just WOW! So classy apartment, perfect furniture, electric appliances, great bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a view from the window is just amazing ! Garage for parking with remote control. And an amazing view from the balcony in the bedroom. Extremely recommended ! Hope to come back more and more ! Grazie mille!
