We had a great holiday! Hosts Kristy and James are always willing to help and want the best for you. It's a lovely quiet place where you can enjoy their great pool surrounded by beautiful landscape. Mogliano City is very close and so pittoresque and clean... not big but the real Italy lover will be very happy. What i like a lot about the location is that you can explore "The Marken" with your car very good. Max 1hour 15 minutes to arrive with your car in the somehow bigger cities (Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Grottamare, Portonovo and excellent Macerata in 20 minutes...) Typical small cities more than enough in the neigbourhood, we loved it! You have the mare e monti, the sea and the mountains... monte sibillini is a great spot as well to go out for a walk! The appartments are clean with muskito-nets present so that's a nice add-on. Kitchen, bathroom,... we were happy with all present stuff and had the feeling that Kirsty and James were there in case something was needed. Thx!!

Really lovely rustic house in a beautiful location amongst olive trees. Tamsin was a great host, promptly answering any queries we had and making good recommendations. Veg plot was a great bonus for easy salads on hot days! We had a lovely trip!

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

The experience at Mr. Sergio's apartment was very positive. The flexibility in check-in time was much appreciated, as was the host's kindness and availability. The property, located in the heart of the historic center, is spacious, on two levels and perfectly combines the old with the modern. The ground floor houses a cozy living area with equipped kitchen and bathroom, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The double bed, in particular, is extremely comfortable, thanks to the mattress and very soft pillows. The panoramic view from the windows is simply enchanting, offering an oasis of tranquility and direct contact with nature. The location is strategic: parking is easily available in the immediate vicinity, ensuring convenient access to the apartment. Overall, I highly recommend this place to those looking for a quiet and quaint place. I'll definitely be back!
