Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Fox e Sali-Monte Agumu

A home kept with love and care. Stefania and dad Gabriele are two precise and helpful people. The place is wonderful both for those who love the beach and the rocks. We had a great time.

We had a very nice stay at Valentina's place. The place is very nice and lovingly designed, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The garden is fantastic. The surroundings (it's just a few houses), a little secluded and very quiet. You must have been there, we liked it very much.

Spectacular house, structured and furnished with style. Very large spaces that make it perfect for more people. Wonderful pool, perhaps the cave open for the drainage and recycling of infinity water is a little dangerous, but we have resolved by prohibiting access to those spaces for children with outdoor seating. Wonderful, spacious and very comfortable rooms. Linens and towels are present. Large, extra clean bathrooms. Large kitchen but, perhaps the only flaw, equipped with few appliances including the dishwasher, which unfortunately turned out to be poorly maintained and complicated to operate. Very well-kept outdoor garden, spacious and in full style with the home and the surrounding landscape. The children appreciate the books and wooden games left at their disposal. We would have taken more days but this time unfortunately we had no way, which is why we definitely plan to return. Thanks again to Sonia and Alessio for their courtesy and availability.

Alberto's place is very well located 300m from a very friendly small beach. The listing is as described. It was particularly hot and humid during our stay and the air conditioning in the rooms was much appreciated. Alberto's hosting and my mom was very warm. They recommended a very good restaurant and the beaches not to be missed. We will keep a very nice memory of this stay.

A wonderful place right by the sea with an amazing view and a most comfortable and beautiful house. We loved the terrace and the beach is especially beautiful with a lot of different things to discover for the kids.

The place was better than described in the photos and in the ad. You get what you're hoping for and more. We had a quiet and family vacation. The decor is lovingly decorated and very well appointed. For our arrival on Sunday, the kitchen was even equipped with self-catering food for the start. For the tablecloths and towels and duvets, there is a large, well-equipped laundry closet. Hot water, gas stove, wallbox with photovoltaics , garden shower and Bluetooth box ( Marshall) complete the apartment technically. Sun loungers, roof terraces and terrace lounge, sofas in the living room and covered terrace invite you to linger. Bikes with various helmets are on site, but we have explored the beaches and cities by car according to Mr. Simona's recommendation. Our contact with him was via messenger, which we also wanted. We will be happy to come back, fantastic holiday in October!!!

We had a wonderful time with Taty and Luca. The two are great hosts, were always easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is like in the Listing described and the view of the sea is simply fantastic. We felt right at home. The entire property is very well equipped - especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing and you can cook wonderfully. The sea is a minute walk. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment, as well as Taty and Luca as a host. :)

A real gem near the beach! Well equipped, - you can find whatever you need like at home - clever use of space, comfortable big bed, lovely kitchen, great book selection, the whole flat is super clean, bright and cosy. Easy to park next to the house (watch out: every second monday the street would be cleaned, during this time parking is not allowed, see the signs). Supermarket in 2 minutes walk-distance, bus stop in front of the house, the seaside is 10-15 min. by foot through the flamingo park. In the neighbourhood all around nice restaurants. (The butcher's shop on the corner is highly recommended if you looking for a nice breakfast with fresh cheese, hams and fresh bakery goods. :) ) Maurizio was a perfect, friendly, kind host. He respond quickly, the instructions are clear and he speaks english very well. We had a perfect stay, thank you for everything! ❤️

Angelo had already contacted us in advance and sent us exact directions - so the place was quick and easy to find. Angelo was personally on site and welcomed us and showed us the place and explained everything. In addition, he gave us useful tips such as sights (stalactite caves), beautiful beaches, hikes, restaurants and shopping nearby. He is an active, environmentally conscious and future-oriented landlord who has explained to us his plans regarding the redesign and re-design of his rental properties. He makes the needed electricity and warm water with self-sufficient solar energy and increasingly switch the kitchens from the currently usual gas stove to electric stoves or cooktops,which of course improves safety and energy consumption. It was all as described and Angelo is the epitome of a customer-oriented, service-oriented and friendly landlord! Glad to come back!

Cinzia was wonderful. She went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we might need. House is a modern intrigue with its upper loft bridge with a glass floor. There is a very private lovely open air large upper courtyard. The town is very provincial and friendly. A lovely beach is about a 10 minute or less walk.

Marta is a kind, responsive and flexible host. She made our vacation one of our favouries! The rooms are furnished well, and spare blankets and pillows are provided. The terrace was a great place to eat and/or gaze at the stars. There are many great cafés nearby the apartment. We recommend eating Sardegna's unique dessert at Saseada, and Leada is a lovely cafe with a relaxing atmosphere. Marta's apartment is set in a calm, beatiful place. Thank you, Marta, for our comfortable stay!

We had a pleasant stay at Simone's. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and the same as described. The outdoor setting with swimming pool and garden are nice. The neighborhood is quiet. A peaceful place to unwind and unwind. Simone is a great host. He is very responsive and attentive. He gave us good advice on the beaches to swim. He's very generous. He offered us vegetables and offered us a pizza night. We had a great time with the other hosts. We recommend it!

Really fantastic apartment; everything we needed and Marco was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay here again.

Renato’s place is absolutely gorgeous, very tasteful and authentic. It doesn’t feel anything like sterile vacation homes you often get. It has character, and a sophisticated charm, and you can feel a lot of thought and love has gone into creating this beautiful place. Everything was very clean, with a big and well equipped kitchen. The house is located in the middle of a peaceful and rural environment, the next neighbour is a farm, so you hear the animals and get to meet the dogs and charming cat. Renato and his wife Lucie were amazing hosts, warm and inviting, and shared a lot of recommendations in the area. All in all we had a wonderful stay and felt right at home.

It was really nice. We were there for 18 days in October. With two small children , 3 adults and our 11 year old daughter. The house is ideally suited for this number of people ( there is a bedroom with a large double bed, one with two normal single beds and one with a quite narrow French bed ) The house has great and high quality amenities and the reception and briefing are friendly and extensive. The garden is ideal for small children and for relaxing for adults . The surroundings offer many opportunities to make excursions or activities and the beaches are fantastically beautiful and varied . Communication with the host is easy and perfect! We would come back at any time!!!

Rarely had such a beautiful, spacious place to stay!! Everything worked out great, and it's really as breathtakingly beautiful as in the pictures. We enjoyed the great hot tub, but also the sauna, especially when it got cold in the evening. The house is well laid out and you have enough privacy due to the separate apartment. The two beautiful beaches are within walking distance and you have some places to eat without using the car. We were delayed by the ferry and didn't arrive until after midnight and were warmly welcomed, everything was still explained to us in peace. We felt comfortable right from the beginning. I can only say positive things about this villa!!!! Thanks for everything and we will definitely be happy to come back

We had an amazing family holiday. The villa was perfect for three families (with children). Loads of space and we each had our own bathroom which was nice. The villa is right on a beautiful beach, with amazing sunsets. We all loved watching the sun set while the children played in the sea and sand. Lorenza the host is great. She was there to welcome us and she couldn’t be any more responsive! Always quick to reply with any questions. The WiFi was a little bit temperamental but we didn’t go for internet! The beaches we visited were all beautiful. And really quiet in October. But the sea was warm enough to swim in. We loved our first holiday in Sardinia! And Villa Rosa was a big part of that.

Ramon is rightly a super host. From communication in advance, to the reception and the wonderful stay to the farewell, we had a wonderful, service-oriented and friendly host in Ramon. The small apartment was clean, well furnished and equipped and very pretty. Everything was available from a lot of dishes, cutlery, pots/several pans and baking equipment. There was also a pre-cooled wine cooler and we could even bake a birthday cake. The garden is an oasis of tranquility and superbly equipped. The beach is very close and there are kayak, stand-up board and surfboard available for water lovers. Casa Bianca is surrounded by well-kept cottages with large gardens, so you can live very quietly and enjoy an undisturbed view of the sea. Parking is available right in front of the house. We've never packed a car so quickly. ;) At Casa Bianca we found a temporary home and say THANK YOU!

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago and returned because we enjoyed it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches... was again perfect.

Simply excellent: superb villa, spacious, well equipped. Completely as described. Hyper-reactive hosts. We had a perfect week. 8 minutes maximum walk from the beach, 10 minutes drive from the beautiful Poetto beach and 30 minutes from the center of Cagliari (very useful car to visit the surroundings).
