Vacation rentals with beach access in Fox e Sali-Monte Agumu

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. From Massimo’s apartment on the Piazza Carmine it’s only a short walk up to the city’s walled quarter with its museums and breathtaking city view, an easy walk in any direction to your choice of bars, cafes and restaurants, or a long but pleasant walk to see the flamingos in the lagoon. You can sit outdoors on the balcony and take it all in or close the shutters and enjoy the quiet and comfort of Massimo’s well-equipped spacious apartment. The elevator in the beautifully restored building is a definite plus during arrival and departure with suitcases. The nearby train station, bus stops, and taxi stand make getting around easy. Massimo was very helpful during check-in and check-out and always quick to respond to any messages. A perfect spot for our week in Cagliari!

“Our two week stay in Sardinia was fantastic! Already upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with local delicacies – beer, wine, yogurt, bread, coffee, milk, jam, honey and a large bowl of fresh fruits were ready for us. The place was extremely clean, cozy, and beds were very comfortable. Claudia was a great host: she even brought us new sun loungers and pastries during our stay. The terrace was perfect for enjoying the evenings. On the day of departure, thanks to Claudia's generosity, we were allowed to stay until 2 p.m., which allowed us to enjoy the last day relaxed and then drive comfortably to the harbor. Thanks to the great location, we were able to easily explore and enjoy beaches and charming places. Claudia's tips were very helpful. Thank you for everything – we will be very happy to come back ❤️ We can recommend the place without restrictions! All around PERFECT AND ABSOLUTELY UNIQUE ❤️GRAZIE

Great location , right in the beach and only 30 minutes by car to Cagliari. Clean apartment, well stocked for self catering. The hosts made it a very pleasant stay.

First and foremost, warm Hosts..To welcome us, they prepared a welcome package of Sardinian specialties. A beautiful neighborhood, hibiscus, lantanas, cycases. For the first time, we were so close to the warm sea and a wonderful sandy beach. We didn't want to leave this place. Calm and quiet. Only 5 minutes from the house. We found everything we needed. We left the cottage with real regret😔

The family vacation at this vacation rental was great. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is very well located, very pleasant to live in, well equipped and very close to the beach. It was very nice.

Kind and friendly host and wonderful place with peaceful atmosphere. What more can I say, highly recommended for anyone wishing for a getaway in Sardinia.

Very nice place ,we were very welcomed. Clean inside, everything we need (ex : coffee machine +caps,salt, pots and pans ) all outdoor equipment (umbrella,sun loungers). Linens and towels clean- it was our next trip to Sardinia and we were positively surprised by this. Beautiful, modern and clean apartment with stunning views from everywhere (garden, bedroom, living room,…). Antonella and her husband were very sympathetic and helpful. We felt right at home. We cooked in the very well equipped kitchen and enjoyed quiet BBQ dinners on the Terrasse/garden with sunset and views on the lighthouse. Our kids enjoyed it as well and loved the provided toys. Thank you very much! Our vacations couldn’t have been better! Looking forward to staying with you again!

The place was better than described in the photos and in the ad. You get what you're hoping for and more. We had a quiet and family vacation. The decor is lovingly decorated and very well appointed. For our arrival on Sunday, the kitchen was even equipped with self-catering food for the start. For the tablecloths and towels and duvets, there is a large, well-equipped laundry closet. Hot water, gas stove, wallbox with photovoltaics , garden shower and Bluetooth box ( Marshall) complete the apartment technically. Sun loungers, roof terraces and terrace lounge, sofas in the living room and covered terrace invite you to linger. Bikes with various helmets are on site, but we have explored the beaches and cities by car according to Mr. Simona's recommendation. Our contact with him was via messenger, which we also wanted. We will be happy to come back, fantastic holiday in October!!!

Fantastic property that completely met our expectations. Clean and tidy and with everything you might need during your holiday. Best of all was the location. Cozy accommodation in the old part of Cagliari, right next to the larger street with shops, restaurants and cafes. Easy to get to the beach by city bus. Many thanks to Fabrizio who was kind to received us despite delayed flight.

The stay was great - top equipped apartment in a quiet area with wonderful sea views. By car, they are easy to reach beautiful beaches on the south coast as well as restaurants and supermarkets, etc. Communication was excellent and the hostess is very nice, flexible and warm. We are happy to recommend this apartment 😊

The apartment is equipped and very clean in a very quiet area.. we needed a quiet and relaxing place to spend the holidays and we found it.. in the evening sleeping with the sound of the sea that is attached to the house, we liked it very well.. great experience.. Tony and Eugenia are very kind but not intrusive.. recommended..

We had a great stay in Angelo and Giovanna's apartment!! The apartment is nicely decorated, with a great big terrace. From there you have a fantastic view of the evening sunsets. From the apartment you are quickly on the beach and the area where the apartment is located is also beautiful. The contact with Angelo and Giovanna was great. They always responded very quickly and were super accommodating. The only thing we were missing was a few kitchen items (there is no stove, just a single hot plate, bowls) But for the few days it was fine.

Great space, very good location with a bus stop and supermarket. Great communication. Highly recommended if you want to stay near the beach
