Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Giorgio’s place was very nice and comfortable for our family stay. The jacuzzi didn’t work w bubbles but isn’t a jacuzzi really (ie doesn’t get hot - maybe that is just an American thing). But we didn’t tell Giorgio this so he wasn’t aware. Feel we were busy w other items anyways. Beaches are close by 10 min drive. Love eurospin grocery store. Cooked in every night and played games w family. Giorgio’s place was big and very comfortable for us! Maybe consider screens if that is a thing in Italy for windows. Couldn’t have windows open due to bugs and got hot in place. Couldn’t figure out main floor split unit. Didn’t tell Giorgio this either

Me & 3 friends had an amazing stay. The villa is spacious and nice. The beds are super comfy and the ceiling fan helped me sleep. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to cook on the hob/oven or BBQ. The sea is a stones throw away. Vittorio was very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this villa to my friends a s family!

Massimo is an exceptional Host! We encountered some problems unrelated to Massimo, and he was always available by email or in person on site. He is a warm, welcoming person who has only one obsession: Your comfort Thanks Massimo... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a little gem. Also go see the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! Have a good season Massimo... Looking forward to seeing you again maybe one day Best regards

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

From the very beginning, Mario made us feel like we were coming to visit him. He is perhaps the best host we have ever had. The kitchen and fridge were so well stocked that we were able to spend the first day and have snacks and wine and food and not have to look for anything. If you can find a week open for this property, you should book it. Thank you, Maria for making us stay so pleasant.

Giacomo was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and helpful for our check in/out. The house was relatively big with a nice garden/patio area and a barbecue as well. The main grocery store (Eurospin) is located only 5 minutes drive away which was very easy for us to buy groceries for us to cook. The main city area of Villasimius is also around 5-10 minutes drive away with nice restaurants and cafes. The area was very quiet and peaceful (almost complete silence at night!) and had a beautiful view too. There were also plenty of breathtaking natural beaches nearby, our favourite was Spiaggia di Mari Pintau (this one was slightly further out). We went during the off-peak season during early April so it was a lot less busy than it gets in the holiday season, but we’d definitely recommend staying in Villasimius for a few days to explore beaches, mountains, and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. Overall, we highly recommend staying with Giacomo! 😊

We spent two weeks at Lisa’s apartment with our little daughter. Check in was flexible and easy thanks to a video. Lisa also provided a cot and highchair which was great. The garden was perfect for our daughter to play in and we could enjoy the sun almost the whole day. From the apartment it’s just a short walk to the high street with shops and restaurants. We had a rented car and visited lots of different beaches in the area. All in all we can definitely recommend staying at Lisa’s place.

We spent 1 week at Villa Layla with 5 adults, one toddler and one baby. Federico was a great host, responded quickly, also helped with other requests and a special situation great and responded quickly. Thank you ! His staff Elia was super friendly and helpful and even spoke German. Thanks, too, at this point ! The house is as described - great pool, plenty of bathroom for all bedrooms and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped - only flaws were missing pot holders and maybe 1-2 more dish towels. But these are small things. We felt very comfortable. The location of the house is very quiet - you definitely need a car, for shopping etc. Many beautiful beaches nearby :)

We really enjoyed the time in Marco's house. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the ad. Marco's tips were very helpful to us. The fact that Marco then drove us to the airport was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

Villarotonda was superior to every aspect. Nearby the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius. Large and comfortable spaces. House provided for any need. A place you want to come back to.

A real dream of a property that you want to visit almost every season. We had fresh orange juice and various berries and fruits from our own garden, wonderful tranquility, great views and a sugar-sweet (well-behaved) cat. The access is a bit exciting the first time, but Ubaldo picked us up at the gas station and led us. The apartment had everything and more in terms of amenities and Ubaldo really welcomed us lovingly and trustingly! I'm sure we'll be back!

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. We loved our vacation at Constanza and Mauro's property. The house and pool are very well maintained and everything is pleasantly clean. We were able to sleep super well, because it is very quiet in the residential area; the air conditioning was also a blessing in the warm temperatures. We had great playground equipment on site, such as a pool volleyball game and a table tennis table, which was a lot of fun. Near the house there are beautiful sandy beaches, and we enjoyed the nights in Cagliari as a family very much and had wonderful food, e.g. in the Aquarium - a great pizzeria, restaurant and bar under palm trees. We got great excursion tips from Constanza, so it was very varied and relaxing for us at the same time. Thank you so much for our great family vacation. We'd love to come back and recommend your place with all our heart.

We had a wonderful week with our three (small) children in Claire's house. For us as a family, the house with the small pool was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is superbly equipped, nothing is missing and even olive oil and dishwasher tabs, as well as soap and dish towels were available in sufficient quantity. Towels as well as bath towels and beach towels are provided and you do not have to unnecessarily drag them from home. The children loved the pool and the beaches, which are in the immediate vicinity (easily accessible on foot or by car), were absolutely recommended. Francesco, who took care of all our needs during our stay, is an incredibly likeable and helpful person. He was right there for all problems and provided us with additional tips on what we could do with the children. We will be happy to come back!

What a beautiful villa in spectacular location, we would love to visit again! The views from the terrace were utterly stunning and allowed us sun all day plus glorious sunsets in the evenings. Thank you Gloria😊

We had a really enjoyable stay - the accommodation is in a great location just a short distance outside of central Iglesias. The accommodation is very well kitted out for a self catering stay, very comfortable + quiet. Gianmarco + family were very helpful throughout our stay + very accommodating with our arrival, queries, etc. Would certainly love to visit this area again + highly recommend staying here.

There are trips and places which have a big impact on you,Luciana’s place and her being the host definitely is one of them. The house is exactly like Luciana, warm and beautiful. The view from the terrace is so beautiful, it fills you with peace and hope. You wake up to birds chirping and you can drink your coffee with the first rays of sunshine coming from above the mountains which you can also admire from the comfortable terrace. Even if it rains you can just sit there and enjoy the view and listen to the gentle raindrops as the terrace is covered. Inside its very spaceous and very nicely arranged,everything to satisfy your needs. Kitchen is also very nice to cook in with a big fridge and all the equipments you need to make anything. Luciana keeps the house so clean that you could eat from the floor when you arrive. Stores and restaurants close by, best beaches within 10-20 min. Chia is very calm,your peace is guatanteed here. Its easy to get anywhere with a car. We will return!!❤️
