Family-friendly vacation rentals in Fox e Sali-Monte Agumu

Rarely had such a beautiful, spacious place to stay!! Everything worked out great, and it's really as breathtakingly beautiful as in the pictures. We enjoyed the great hot tub, but also the sauna, especially when it got cold in the evening. The house is well laid out and you have enough privacy due to the separate apartment. The two beautiful beaches are within walking distance and you have some places to eat without using the car. We were delayed by the ferry and didn't arrive until after midnight and were warmly welcomed, everything was still explained to us in peace. We felt comfortable right from the beginning. I can only say positive things about this villa!!!! Thanks for everything and we will definitely be happy to come back

Rita was a fantastic host and I would highly recommend staying at her apartment. Rita met us at check in and showed us around the property. She gave us lots of information about things to do in Cagliari as well as where and what to eat! The apartments itself is lovely and spacious! Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely return again!

This is a great villa with many spaces for us all to relax. It is very close to a very nice beach. The villa’s kitchen was a little small but we managed to cook great meals for the 7 of us. A truely beautiful place. Allesandro and Luca are charming hosts with gifts of wine and food.

Nice, very clean flat. Wonderful terrace with great view. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bus-stop closeby, easy to get to the centre. Very quiet surroundings, we felt safe. We had some problems with the door-lock, and got help immediately from Emanuelas brother. Emanuela was always helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Great stay!

We had a very pleasant stay, pleasant garden, fruits at our disposal, the hot tub really enjoyed the children.

We spent a wonderful week at Massimo's house with our children (15, 13, 6 years). Massimo and Denise were great hosts who care about their guests. The house is equipped with all necessary and lovingly furnished. It is very clean and we felt right at home. Especially the pool was great for the kids. The nearby beach is great and within 5 minutes walking distance. Shopping is recommended in Carbonia. But in the village there is also a small shop (which is expensive). Clear recommendation for a relaxing holiday.

We were warmly welcomed by Giovanni's parents. The property is paradise. Turtles, parrots, chickens, and cats sweetened our day. The house is very well equipped and clean. Franca and Beniamino give good advice and are present every morning, which we were very pleased. The location is excellent, you can reach the supermarkets and the water very quickly. Portoscuso offers more than it looks at first sight. Overall, highly recommended, we'd love to come back and can't wait to start our stay.

Our stay was just perfect. The pool was lovely, and the views were great. I can happily recommend to anybody.

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. A home kept with love and care. Stefania and dad Gabriele are two precise and helpful people. The place is wonderful both for those who love the beach and the rocks. We had a great time.

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Mario was such a welcoming host and communicated very well to get us in and settled. The beach house was fully equipped with everything you need. It was very very clean. The neighbourhood was very safe. We arrived late and he was very gracious to stay up and welcome us in person. Being right on the beach was so fabulous and having our dinners outside in the private courtyard was perfect. Beds were quite comfortable. Linens were plenty and good quality. The Coop was walkable and it has a bakery that had very tasty pastries and croissants. Downtown Cagliari was about a 20 minute pleasant drive. Mario has a great and easy system for recycling which we really appreciated. He also left us water, treats and coffee so we didn’t have to rush out the next morning. It’s a beautiful beach house and we would highly recommend.

Valentina was a wonderful host, we had a lively time with great weather, all the facilities of a house - plenty of space. Any hitches were taken care of immediately & lots of helpful advice on what to do and great places to eat. We had a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable visit to Sardinia - thank you!

Hands down the best air b&b we’ve ever stayed at! The property is absolutely stunning and our hosts were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn’t ever want to leave!!! The gardens, the pool and views were just so extremely beautiful! Felt like we found a little piece of heaven. The onsite restaurant was also delicious and just so magical at night. Don’t hesitate to book this stay!

Angelo had already contacted us in advance and sent us exact directions - so the place was quick and easy to find. Angelo was personally on site and welcomed us and showed us the place and explained everything. In addition, he gave us useful tips such as sights (stalactite caves), beautiful beaches, hikes, restaurants and shopping nearby. He is an active, environmentally conscious and future-oriented landlord who has explained to us his plans regarding the redesign and re-design of his rental properties. He makes the needed electricity and warm water with self-sufficient solar energy and increasingly switch the kitchens from the currently usual gas stove to electric stoves or cooktops,which of course improves safety and energy consumption. It was all as described and Angelo is the epitome of a customer-oriented, service-oriented and friendly landlord! Glad to come back!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about 10 minutes walk. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts who were always available for any requests or information.

We had a great stay, the house is spacious, as described, the residence is quiet and clean, we even saw deer and deer!! Beautiful terrace and pool. Antonella is very kind and flexible (we arrived a little late). They welcomed us with some local specialties. I highly recommend it.

The accommodation was clean, tidy and equipped with absolutely all the necessities. Comfortable bedding, mosquito nets everywhere. Special mention for the small insulated bag, very convenient to bring picnic and cold drink ☺️ The umbrella also helped us a lot - even if I don't want the next ones to have to use it! No unpleasant surprises on the contrary, the apartment complies with the photos / descriptions. The place is peaceful and enjoys a beautiful 😍 beach view very easily accessible. We loved our vacation in the estate of Constanza and Mauro. The house and pool are very well maintained and everything is pleasantly clean. We were able to sleep super well, because it is very quiet in the residential area; the air conditioning was also a blessing in the warm temperatures. We had great play equipment on site, like a pool volleyball game and a ping pong table, which gave a lot of joy. Near the house there are beautiful sandy beaches, we also enjoyed the nights in Cagliari as a family and have been delicious food, e.g. in the aquarium - a brilliant pizzaria, restaurant and bar under palm trees. We got great excursion tips from Constanza, so it was very varied and at the same time relaxing for us. Thank you very much for our great family vacation. We will be happy to come back and recommend your place wholeheartedly.

The small apartment in the villa of Theresia was 4 for us (2 adults)., 2 K.) perfect. Small and fine! The view from the private terrace of the lagoon, the pool, the turtles in the garden, the loungers on the beach... it was simply fantastically beautiful! In addition, the totally nice communication in advance with Theresia and on site with Paola (exclusively in Italian, but with hands, feet and Google Translator we got along ;-)). Even our first dinner with wine and breakfast was lovingly catered for. Worth 5 stars all around!!! We are already considering when we will come back:-)
