This place is perfect for peace and quiet. Alessandro and his family were always available for any questions and very kind. The place is exactly as described . If I had a question, Alessandro would respond very quickly. The place is in a good location, about a 3 minute walk to the bus station and a lot of restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend this place!

Lorenzo and Alessandra are great hosts, the apartment is easy to find, the garden is fantastic and there is everything you might need. It is clean and warm in the winter, next to the beach, relaxed, we will stay again next time we come. Thank you for everything ❤️

I absolutely loved this place. Cate’s descriptions were extremely accurate and it was easy to find the building and the apartment. Check in was seamless and we felt like home! The bed sheets and towels smelled so fresh and heavenly which for sure contributed to our good sleep. We enjoyed the terrace so much especially with a cup of Italian coffee. Honestly, we were sad we had to leave so soon! Also there are so many shops and restaurants right around the corner. One suggestion for future guests, bring your own slippers for the apartment and/or terrace for maximum coziness.

We are so grateful to have found Stefania’s place! The space was comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed. Being a ground floor apartment was perfect for us, no need to carry luggage up flights of stairs. We loved being in a peaceful neighborhood and felt very safe. We enjoyed the luxurious private hot tub on the balcony and comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and super clean! We also appreciated the free parking lots available to the apartment, have to search for a space (depending on the time of day) but that is expected in Rome. Also, neighborhood was lovely to walk around in. Stefania was an incredible host! She answered all of our questions promptly and gave us great recommendations for food. We LOVED Pizza Capitale, delicious pizza and walkable from the apartment. We would certainly come again, grazie Stefania 🤗

Everything was the same as in the photos. And matched expectations. The biggest advantage of the place is independent (from the checkin-checkout) access to the storage area, allowing you to leave your luggage while you explore the city. Located close to everything (metro station, path to the main attractions, lovely Prati area just across the river.

This was a lovely apartment for our 6 days in Rome. The location was ideal—outside the tourist areas, offering an authentic Roman neighborhood feel, yet well-connected with both bus and metro options nearby. The area itself was lively, with plenty of breakfast bars and excellent restaurants just around the corner. The flat was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The double bed was extremely comfortable, and for our boys, there was a bunk bed setup. We did have to figure out the clever pull-out design with a hidden step after the first night, but once we did, it worked perfectly. Towels were provided in abundance, and the windows were very well insulated, which helped block out the noise from the busy streets of Rome. The host was always available for any questions we had and replied very quickly. We highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ambra's place! The apartment is lovely—modern and nicely furnished—and Ambra really cared about our comfort during the stay. The only minor things to mention are that there was some construction affecting the metro, so the connection to the center wasn't ideal (though likely just temporary), and the water pressure/temperature was a bit inconsistent.

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

Was a second stay and was just as good as the first. Our host was very helpful and gracious with us on early check in and late check out.

Very easy check in, clear communication with the host. As long as you can navigate the metro, the location is decently accessible. Very cozy.

Giandomenico was super helpful and always present for anything. She recommended many nice places to eat and have breakfast. Your villa is equipped with anything, we had a great time

Wonderful location - very responsive hosts- On time for pickup to/from the airport- very reasonable prices - Beautiful walk along the beach to restaurants and bars - the store was amazing! We will come again and stay longer - loved the outside area! Shower had great water pressure and was hot! We loved it!

David's place is a great one and he was super helpful and picking us at the airport.

The host was VERY helpful. Bring on our trip, and even had a sheet of paper with the Wi-Fi network and password clearly posted when we walked in the door. Just several things like that that made the difference from good to great! The balconies were very nice, and the location by the ocean was excellent for our trip. We would stay again!

Claudio responded to every request to assist as needed. The apartment is well described and meets the needs of a couple Includes accessories and kitchen utensils without any shortages. Super comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, air conditioning and even a heating radiator. Great area - feels very safe, quiet, supermarket a minute's walk away, restaurants, sites, etc. Expectations coordination - required to go up to the top floor (4 floors as I recall) as the stairs become narrower. Cannot carry more than a medium/large suitcase at a time. However, this is only encountered at check-in and check-out :) Two additional issues to consider: 1 - Natural light comes in beyond what the curtains/blinds can block, so it may be disturbing for those who are light sleepers. 2 - Even though the windows were tightly closed at night, you can still hear the squawking of seagulls and police/ambulance sirens.

I needed a place near a work project location. Had to have walking access to my project and local restaurants, reliable internet, and in unit laundry. All expectations here were met. Great, very comfortable location, courteous and responsive host, excellent food and shopping choice nearby.

Domus Marina is a beautiful, spacious well kept property in a great location with views of the Colosseum directly from the windows! With a Metro stop a short walk away (400m) it’s ideal for seeing all the sights in Rome. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean and well kept. Kitchen will equipped with everything you need. As it’s an older building (expected in Rome with its history) I would advise ear plugs for street noise and there is a family upstairs with young children so you could hear noise from 6am. Lucas was very responsive and was at the property waiting for us when we arrived (even though it was a late flight). Lucas covered all aspects of the property and gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation that we visited twice and was only 50m from the property!! There is also a 24hr supermarket express directly across from the apartment. I would highly recommend the property and it was the perfect base for your enjoyable and memorable trip to Rome. Antonella is a fantastic host - a great experience from the start. She accommodated our earlier than expected arrival, and provided local recommendations. The studio was spacious, and set perfectly next to the nearby landmarks and cafes. As expected for a city centre apartment, it was noisy at night with the building’s other tenants, but this is not something that should go against the host. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Very friendly meeting with Vruno at check-in. Location beautiful and quiet, many things from there easily accessible on foot. Good shopping. The equipment is functional and everything has flair - that's great! The balcony in the Roman backyard with the pomegranate tree and the kitten that visited us every night was beautiful for us and a haven of peace after the hustle and bustle of the city! Thanks to you Fabrizio, to you Assunta for communication and Bruno for the extremely friendly welcome, although we didn't arrive until 11pm! I want to come back❤️! Gudula

Even better than the pictures! Beautifully decorated, tons of room for a family, and super clean. Located right across the street from the President’s Palace so very safe area, and also near other embassies. This area doesn’t have a ton of restaurants or stores except for local cafes or minimarts, but is very close to the Monti area where there are more stores/restaurants. Only a 15 minute walk to Villa Borghese, 20 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, 25 minute walk to the Coleseum. Would absolutely recommend this property and highly enjoyed staying there.

The property is located in the center of the city, a beautiful apartment with a dreamy view that gives the best Roman atmosphere you can ask for on a trip. The owners are available for everything and very nice. I'm sure I'll be back to this apartment
