The house, newly renovated, of excellent taste and quality, is in a strategic position, a few minutes' walk from the sea (5 minutes walking!!!), the pedestrian area (3 minutes where you can find shops, restaurants, pubs, etc.), and the station (10 minutes on foot). Everything was perfect, home furnished and managed with care and passion. Digital TV both in the living room and in the room, a comfortable bed, a sofa. Wonderful host, who offers maximum availability, as well as a very appreciated welcome!!!! We hope to be back soon. Highly recommended, you won't worry about it!!!!!!

Loved the space and being so close to the beach!

Andre was very accommodating, kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and very well located, and everything was just great. A perfect venue for a stay when you lay over in Fiomiccino, but a lot more as well. Good food in the area, and on the cost. Highly recommended.

I wish we could stay longer! Sonia’s place was comfortable, cozy and clean - and the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to enjoy our last night in Italy. Not only is it spacious for the price, but Sonia goes above and beyond to be a kind, responsive and helpful host. If I could live in this place, I absolutely would. The space goes beyond an Airbnb to be a home away from home. I want to gatekeep but I can’t so I definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Luca’s apartment! The location was absolutely perfect, with many great restaurants just steps away. Getting to the center of Rome and the airport was incredibly easy thanks to the convenient transportation options nearby. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

The place was perfect and extremely close to the airport which is what I needed. Also they arranged for a pick at the airport for a small fee and made my life arrival even easier.

This is a great place to stay. Instructions to get inside was very clear. I definitely enjoyed my time there. A lot of stuff in walking distance for me. I would definitely come back here in the near future. If this place is available when you get ready to travel. Don't let this gem pass.

We had a wonderful stay! Martina when above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. The apartment was perfect. The beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked to cook. We highly recommend staying here.

I had three fantastic and peaceful days at Gaia’s beautiful flat. Everything was as described and seen in the photos and this is absolutely a super important point for myself. As a solo traveler and digital nomad ,it had everything I needed. Especially the opportunity of going to the beach through the back gate and being on the beach in the blink of an eye was priceless. We decided to stay here on our last night before flying out early the next day and it was perfect. The house was clean, spacious and Lucilla is so helpful. We spent the afternoon walking to the piers and enjoyed the sunset on the beach. She recommended wonderful restaurants where we had amazing seafood, there's also supermarkets conveniently located close by. She also helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Would recommend if you are tired of all the crowds in Rome to wind down and have a peaceful time!

We were only there for one night but wish now we had stayed longer. Very beautiful, clearly the owner is an artist with an eye for design. Everything was well done and many small lovely touches to welcome us. I encourage those who want a seaside retreat to take advantage of this home

This is a lovely place if you are looking for quite a peaceful place. Excellent beach access and views with the wonderful sea air smell.

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

Beautiful location. Close to restaurants and grocery shops. Great view from the apartment. Check in was slightly complex but Matteo had good accurate instructions which if followed allowed for an easy check in. Apartment was kept clean and tidy. No wine glasses, which is a very small issue and the beach across from the apartment is not clean, however only a few minute walk down the shoreline and you have access to a beautiful maintained beach. The beach however does have a huge rock breakwater which takes away from the ocean view when on the beach. Overall, I would definitely stay at Matteos spot again

What a gem! This apartment is a little piece of heaven on earth. The apartment itself is super spaious, modern and comfotable. The stand out feature is the incredible terrace which has a fantastic view of the marina and the sea beyond. We really enjoyed sunbathing and watching the yachts. The town is wonderful. Everything withing very easy and pleasant walk with an endless choice of eateries, supermarkets and shops. It really is a wonderful place for a holiday, not just as a stop over to/from the airport. We spent a wonderful 7 nights there and would have loved to stay longer. The hosts are very professional and kind, nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again asap!

Marco’s apartment is stunning. The interior design, lighting, ambience and artwork was so beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we loved using the kitchen for cooking. It is in a perfect location, near to the beach and with a great selection of shops and restaurants nearby. We walked to the nearby Marina which was just stunning. Marco is a fantastic host, very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend this air b&b and we would love to return again.

The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. We can only recommend the apartment. The area is very quiet, the sea is very close in 2 minutes by foot. The climate is great. Maria and Tommas are two very lovely people answers immediately to meet your requests. Thank you Maria and Tommaso for the nice time in your apartment.

Daniela is a super kind host! We arrived in the morning earlier as we wanted and asked Daniela at 6am if it would be possible to open us the door. She replied immediately and opened it to us. What a service at 6am! She made some very delicious lasagne and delivered it even warm to us as a present from her. Where do you get something like this? I have traveled a lot and never had this kindness from a host. As well she brought our little son a present and a desert after a day when she visited us and asked if anything more is needed. The apartment is very clean, cosy, new and a lovely place to relax from a business day in the hectic city. The beach, restaurants and shopping centres are near for an evening walk. Daniela even prepared everything for breakfast, snacks and drinks. All in all, we would be happy if all hosts were like Daniela! We really appreciated her hospitality and will come back for sure! Thank you for all Daniela!!

We stayed at Federico house second time and let me tell you- I made the decision are we going to stay in Ostia or not based on availability of his apartment 😂🤗🙏. Apartment is a dream!!!! Summer vibes, gorgeous, clean, exquisite location. Lovely beach just steps away and many restaurants, bars, etc. We already miss it so much:)))) Federico and his sister Sveva are so wonderful, sweet, attentive and professional! Look no further- this is your place! 5 stars all the way:))))))

This home fits my idea of perfection!! I LOVED the distance from the ocean (there’s no distance) (like at all) (it’s perfect) I loveee how homey it feels and how comfortable everything is <3 Naoki was extremely kind to me as well! Not only was I allowed to check in early, but the communication was always kind and helpful. Thank you Naoki!!!! One day i’ll be back to visit your lovely home again! :)
