Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Fiuggi

I highly recommend this accommodation :) The view of Lake Nemi from the balcony, as well as the surrounding area, is absolutely stunning. The town itself boasts beautiful architecture and serves as a great base for trips to Rome, nearby Castel Gandolfo, or even the Tyrrhenian Sea. The apartment had everything I needed, and I especially appreciated the availability of a washing machine and dryer here :) The only thing worth noting is to bring some warmer clothes at this time of year (our visit was in November) since the apartment, typical of this type of building, takes some time to warm up. Additionally, being close to the lake means the weather is cooler than in Rome itself. Nevertheless, I have very fond memories of my stay here and hope to return someday! The host is an incredibly kind person, and communication was seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here to everyone :)

The apartment is clean, quiet place and the private underground garage and elevator from the garage is very convenient and safe to go in and out. I would suggest to have a car for conveniently travel back and forth to the town of Rome and other nearby places, especially at our age like us who has difficulty in walking, this place I would recommended it highly.

What a lovely person Mariana is ! I've traveled a lot and Mariana and Vincenzo are the best Airbnb hosts you can ever get. <3 Felt at home, hosted by a friend and cared for all along. The place is totally baby/family friendly with all the amenities nearby.

Since it was very close to the metro station, it was very easy to get to the city center and sightseeing. The apartment of the house was new and clean. It was a house that could comfortably accommodate four people. Georgia was also very caring and very quick to respond to our questions and gave us advice about the area. Thank you for this beautiful experience.

We felt right at home. Luciana was very nice and invited us to coffee, unfortunately our schedule never allowed. We were there when it got really hot in Rome but thanks to the marvelous AC we were very comfortable.

Nice, cosy place, a bit outside the city center of Rome, but with excellent public transport connections. The host was very nice and always at our disposal whenever we needed her for help and tips.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely little house on the edge of Scanno Lake. The house is both comfortable and warm, with everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is very well equipped, with basic food products. The bathroom is well appointed, including toilet, sink, bidet and a nice shower. The little extra: the washer with dryer, ideal for an extended stay. Also note the very efficient heating. We were particularly charmed by the breathtaking view of the lake from the upstairs bedroom, where a very comfortable queen bed was waiting for us. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Alessandra's welcome was most warm. She provided us with great tips and was available and responsive. In short, this house is a real gem that we recommend without hesitation.

My wife and I stayed in Daniela's apartment for five days. We didn't have any issues. Daniela quickly met our requests. The apartment has the possibility (taken advantage of) to accommodate 2 other guests and Daniela was always available and kind in providing us with the necessary. The area is a little neglected and at first impact it can give a negative impression. But it is very quiet and quiet. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the metro line A station, from which you can quickly reach the center of Rome. Great value for money.

The house is most charming, renovated with high quality materials and much taste. The kitchen is well equipped and together with the living area forms a spacious and relaxing ensemble. There is a ‚snug‘ on the ground floor where you wish to stay and spend your time with the interesting books from the library or just relax and do your morning exercises (yoga mats are already there). Upstairs the sleeping rooms are equipped with comfortable beds. The two bathrooms have all you need. Sermoneta is a lively small town. The people are very friendly. On the main piazza there are several bars. A bakery is round the corner. Several Restaurants can be found in town. The guided visit of the castel is worth doing. Also the walks (as described in the documentation in the house) are offering spectacular views and wonderful countryside.

Roberto is a wonderful host that goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. He was very responsive and helpful. He is very friendly and warm. The home is exactly as described. It has many amenities that make even a long stay comfortable. The home is spacious and can certainly host a family. The kitchen is well-equipped if you'd like to make your own meals The home is situated in a very charming square and only steps from the main square of Castel Gandolfo. Castel Gandolfo is a very beautiful and charming town. I highly recommend this airbnb if you are in the area.

It's a very modern apartment. Everything is like the photos and description. Amenities are modern in every sense. We didn't miss anything. The highlight is certainly the large main terrace with the hot tub, which was technically easy to use. It was very clean, modern and we didn't miss anything. Particularly noteworthy is the exciting and extremely smart check-in via smartphone via a link. However, the apartment can also be entered manually by key. There is also a very nice lake nearby, which we could easily reach by car. Claudio was always quickly reachable with our concerns and questions, polite, and was able to solve our problems. Superlative and highly experienced host! Roberta's strengths are flexibility, friendly communication, and availability. Staying at your property was like being at home. It has all the comforts and even more (hairdryers, snacks, personal hygiene kits, herbal teas, cooking ingredients, and more) and the attention to detail can be seen. To note excellent order and cleanliness, in addition to the pleasant decor aesthetically and new. Being located on the first floor, the sunset was beautiful and you can enjoy the balcony. Quick and easy check-in procedure. I recommend it because we will definitely be back! Thank you 💖

We really enjoyed our stay at Chanel’s place. She was very communicative and everything was very straight forward regarding expectations and how to check-in. We had bus stops nearby as well as a metro stop a short walk from us. Nice restaurants in the area as well, we appreciated the ability to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Rome when we wanted to. Would greatly recommend a stay here!

Fantastic stay with very good access to Rome by the train. The station is literally across the street but it’s very quiet - we never heard it. The Airbnb had all the necessities for a week long stay. Only comment I have is that the neighbours upstairs can be loud sometimes and we heard them walking and dogs barking late into the night. We’d gladly return!

Our hosts are extraordinary people: passionate, kind, helpful, …! Qualifiers won't be enough to describe these Romans! We asked them to drop off our vehicle at 10:30 am to enjoy the day, they accepted… Their place is just beautiful and the bedding is a real plus! Little touches awaited us when we arrived! Bus line is 5mn away and metro B is direct in old Rome! Schedules allow you to leave early and come back late! In short, we recommend it 100%! Thanks to them 2
