We loved our stay at villa white. the pool was amazing and the views from the balconies was great. the house had everything we needed and we felt at home.

Really enjoyed staying at the villa. Spacious and great views of coast and mountains. Accommodation accurately described and host very helpful. Would get 5* except some areas of the garden need attention and given the number of possible occupants I would expect a dishwasher. Overall a really lovely villa in a good location

We loved Raffaele’s place. It was perfect. Exactly what we needed. Raffaele was so helpful, so kind and all contact was exceptional.

The owners welcomed us with great cordiality, being extremely kind and helpful. In addition to making us feel immediately comfortable, they also recommended great places to eat. The house perfectly matches the description: it is spacious, tidy and impeccably clean, ideal for spending pleasant moments in the company of friends and family.

Claudia was absolutely wonderful, one of the nicest people you could meet! The setting was peaceful and serene. Beds, bathrooms, linens were squeaky clean. Easy commute to Rome by car or train. Great stay, thank you! Have fun with your trimmer!

It was a joy and a privilege to stay in this beautiful home. It is rare to have the opportunity to spend time in such a special place. Everything was perfect and so comfortable. Mario and Diana have decorated the house exquisitely, there is something wonderful to see in every room. It’s like having a boutique hotel all to yourselves! The setting is peaceful, very private and we slept so well. We received a very warm welcome from Mario at check-in, helpful information and a lots of lovely food and wine. We took Ubers into the city which was very convenient, and quick. A highlight of our trip was the Vivaldi concert at St Paul’s Church within the walls, which is on Monday evenings. We highly recommend Chalet Marmont, we loved every moment and we hope to return soon!

Our stay at Loredana's villa was fantastic. Upon arrival we were surprised with a generous welcome basket, with delicacies and delicious wines. Loredana's mother was there to host us in a very warm way, she is really a treasure. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, with a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped. In addition to various beautiful seating areas in the house, you have access to three large bedrooms and 2 neat bathrooms. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained by her father. You also have several seating areas in the garden where you can relax. The pool is wonderful, everything is very clean. You can relax here in the beautiful surroundings. We had an absolutely excellent experience at the bamboo villa! The pool and outdoor area were amazing—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with the family. The host Daniele was exceptional, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The location was ideal for day trips to Rome, making it easy to explore while having a peaceful retreat to come back to. Our children loved it so much and none of us wanted to leave! We would definitely return in a heartbeat. And thank you Daniele for your hospitality and the perfect start to our holiday.

Love staying at Francesca’s place. We are repeat visitors and it’s always as described. She also maintains the place nicely - on this latest trip we noticed multiple pieces of upgraded furniture and cute flowers in previously-empty planters. We’ll be back again in the future!

The house is beautiful and ideal for a romantic getaway. A little shabby on the outside, a real shame. The hammock was dirty, the cut grass left to one side, the deck chairs broken and the sofas without cushions. The broken refrigerator was then terrible. With the heat and with a small fridge bar available, it was a bit of a disaster. Overall, very good, just right for a day and a night. The jacuzzi that comes out of the bed was a treat, but also a little too unclean.

I was at Casone for my graduation party and it was the best choice I could make. Lorenzo was kind and super helpful in meeting my requests. Excellent accommodation for the customization of the stay, therefore. The house also offers everything you need to organize large tables as it has a kitchen with attached dishes that could serve a restaurant not even so small. dozens of board games and a foosball game have animated the evening. impeccable cleanliness. i will definitely be back

My husband and I booked this Vila to host our immediate family the week of our wedding and it was PERFECT! The property itself was beautiful and was large enough that 11 people could stay there but not feel on top of each other. They had plenty of great amenities to make your stay even more comfortable and their communication was impeccable. It was a 8 minute walk to the train station which was amazing! Taking the train an hour up to Rome was a breeze. However- and it’s not a bad thing more like a heads up. We rented a large SUV (jeep compass) and the driveway is very narrow and tight! So just be careful when getting to the top. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely go back.

What an amazing stay. 10 of my family in this house. So much room. Amazing views and right out the way. You have to drive along a track to get to the house. Once at the house it’s just stunning Host was absolutely amazing to us. Helpful. Polite and really responsive at any time. 5k to train station 1euro to central free parking at station. Easy as that.

This villa is a hidden gem. In the outskirts of Rome area known as "Castelli", a prime local tourism location with a lot of good food options and restaurants nearby. Outdoor hikes around lake Albano. Also a short drive to Rome city center for daily visit. Villa has many rooms, vintage but well kept. Outdoors is unmatched, spacious, incredible views, pool, soccer pitch, huge garden to relax or dine out. The host is super kind.

We absolutely loved our time here. The setting is amazing, the pool and adjoining soccer area are perfect and the pizza oven was a huge plus. The house has layer of character, history and family items from photos to books and art work. The Host was kind and attentive. We hope to return soon. Sharing the pool and common area with another family was a slight surprise but not an issue. This is a special place.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available when we had questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was off-season). In the residential complex, everything is a bit outdated, but that does not detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. This is the real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. One little thing disturbed us a little. Outside the residential complex and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty... there was garbage everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside the Italian vacation season. The city center of Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you arrive early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxing two weeks.

The villa for location and organization of spaces is beautiful, the pool and garden are well cared for and with many accessories, the barbecue is well located and the view from most of the rooms is very nice. It was a really comfortable weekend.

Alessandro and Roberta are amazing hosts! They made us felt at home and connected us with many destinations and service providers to make our first visit to Italy truly memorable. The home is pristine and spacious, perfect for a large family gathering together. The design of the place is beautiful and matched the photos. So many walkable dining options nearby and a playground for the kids 8 mins away. The hosts live very close by, were very responsive to our questions and offered great advice for places to visit. Overall, i would highly recommend staying with Alessandro and Roberta.
