This place was incredibly unique. Beautiful property and house. We marveled at its design everyday we woke up in it. There was something new to notice everyday we were there. We had already explored Rome by this part of our trip and were exploring the surrounding area with a family who was staying close to the location we were at. It’s quiet, close to a food store and was within a short driving distance to a lot of things/places. It was a nice place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of Rome for a little. To top our visit, we really enjoyed the sunset from the patio on our last night.

Was a great house, very private, Gabrielle was very responsive and helpful. It is very very quiet at night and very dark, so I suggest maybe bring a night light with you if you can’t sleep in total darkness. Very nice bathroom and kitchen and an easy private place to park. Over all very good. 5 stars.

Paolo and his parents are wonderful people. Mr. Mariano welcomed us with such kindness, taking us to visit his small Museum of Peasant History, an added value of this unforgettable stay. The house is beautiful and comfortable with a breathtaking view of quiet mountains and beautiful sunsets. The garden, a few meters from the house, cared for in every detail, is perfect for spending evenings under the starry sky trying to see the many animals in the woods. The one in their home is definitely a peaceful and relaxing vacation, with the opportunity to reach many points of interest for nature lovers and small mountain villages, which in Abruzzo are truly characteristic and have nothing to envy to the most famous mountain towns in northern Italy. A further applause also goes to the inhabitants of the village of Montesabinese, who are welcoming and always available. We'll definitely be back!

I would stay here again. The location is perfect and easily accessible. The host was always quickly responsive to any concerns. My only issue, besides a very small bathroom (but clean and a great washing machine); it can be a bit noisy at times.

House located in the heart of the historic center with easy access immersed in the enchanting city of Segni to a handful of kilometers from several important destinations (amusement parks,shopping centers), a truly impeccable house cared for with care and countless precautions and attention to guests ... we will definitely return to live it even in summer!!

Quiet accommodation in the central area, possibility to visit neighboring towns with ease by car. Clean and equipped with all comforts. Giulia is a 10-star Host, responsive in everything in a quick way, she recommended where to park, a clear and precise indication. He made us find breakfast the next morning and water in the fridge as soon as you arrive at the place, which is not for everyone . Flexibility in check-in and maximum availability from Giulia. What to say, highly RECOMMENDED ACCOMMODATION.

This place was definitely worth it's listed price, everything was exactly the same as the photos, and it was super easy to check in and out. we didn't try any of the recommend places to eat but that's only because we were all over Italy and needed to hit the roads pretty early to do everything we wanted to do. the provided parking made the stay even better though it was comforting knowing we always had a place to park the rental when we were done with our daily excursions. The hot tub also significantly elevated the experience! after a long day of walking and navigating coming back and getting into the hot tub to relax and unwind with a glass of wine was the icing on the cake for us. don't hesitate if you like this place book it.

Very nice accommodation. Pleasant pool with the bar that allows you to eat at noon. very close to the train station . We were able to leave our car and visit Rome by train.

My Italian vacation found its perfect end to Wednesday – a magical place of rest and relaxation. The apartment was beautiful and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The view of Arpino, which already looked impressive in the photos, was actually even more breathtaking. I especially loved the small basic amenities in the kitchen, such as spices, oil and coffee, which made the start particularly pleasant. On the farm there were cute cats and dogs – just fantastic. Wednesday was a warm and wonderful host. A real secret tip that I highly recommend!

Ivano and Terhi were BY FAR the most welcoming, thoughtful and kind hosts we have EVER experienced on our travels. Right from the get go, Tehri welcomed us with a shuttle from the Zagorolo station and we felt right at home in the little cottage. Ivano gave us some tips on what to do and asked us to reach out if we got stuck in the rain and needed a ride or needed help with how to spend our time. The place is cosy and an easy 25m stroll to the station and supermarket. We enjoyed delightful days exploring the area and then came home to our little cottage surrounded by olives eating homemade Italian food. Ivano and Terhi went above and beyond. Their kindness was so refreshing after a few weeks of being treated like "tourists". If you are wanting to explore Rome, experience Italian hospitality and not be swallowed up by the busy streets and traffic, this is the place for you! If we ever come to Italy again, we will stay here for sure!!! thank you Ivano and Terhi for the beautiful moments ❤

We had a wonderful time. The landing is beautiful and the view is fantastic. The pool was large and very clean. The cabins were clean and very lovingly furnished. I would come back again :) thank you Jen :)

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

We just left this magical place and we already lack everything from the huts to the magnificent view and total relaxation in the pool and everything that surrounded us. But the thing we miss most is Margherita and her husband Antonio are friendly, welcoming, nice and excellent company who immediately made us feel at home and as a family with our little girl of only six months. We've already pledged to return as soon as possible. Highly recommended accommodation Manuela, Lorenzo and little Gaia.

The Arianna family welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge before continuing our journey further south in Italy. Although the space is compact, it is very well equipped, even better than many larger places we have stayed in. This makes it suitable for longer stays as well. The shower was spacious with plenty of hot water, adding to the comfort of our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stop!

Comfortable and nice stay for two people. It has all the comforts and very clean. It is in the heart of Frascati a few minutes from the train station and restaurants and cafes.

Clean and relatively peaceful place. Host was very communicative and offered helpful advice. The place is in a guarded compound area, not super new but still nice. In about 20 minutes by car (you need a car here) we were at Conco d’Oro Metro line B with parking for 1.5eur per day and could then easily reach the city center. Only minor downside is you can only throw away mixed garbage on Wednesday and Sunday, and if in other days you check out, then you have to take your garbage with you and somehow find somewhere to throw it. But this time the host was helpful and arranged to have it taken care of for me. Also to note, beds were very comfortable like a kind of memory foam.

Excellent hosts Marcello and Giulia. The space is very warm, clean, with lots of amenities. Estación e tren cerca e connect to Termini main station in Roma. Lucilla is a great host, always provided speedy responses to our messages, very friendly and helpful. Her apartment was lovely, very well stocked with things you may need. Lovey terrace area with amazing sea view. Was a great base for visiting Rome (5-10 minute walk to the station) or having a relaxing beach day with lots of shops and restaurants in town.

Great spot with a lot of privacy. It will be the first place we mention to our friends as a special “secret” to visit in Italy. It’s also very clean and well-thought out. Cant’t say enough good things.
