Open Space with Terrace in Historic Pasta Factory

Located in the historic Pantanella Pasta Factory, this apartment is an eclectic and industrially designed open space, adorned with antique furniture, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom with a double shower and sink. The terrace offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and provides a relaxing oasis after a long day of sightseeing. Nearby: Basilica of San Giovanni, Scala Santa, the trendy Pigneto district, and the Termini train station.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

On 3rd floor: large panoramic terrace with views over Rome and the lake; access to small kitchen, single bed and bathroom. Cats and little and medium dogs are allowed.

Relax alone or with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

Located minutes away from Termini Station but still a peaceful home. The access to the appartment is made by stairs. Breakfast it's on us!
