Nicola and Francesca were great Hosts, always available. the house is very spacious, cozy and the kitchen is super equipped. the location of the building is great for visiting maranello and Modena and offers multiple amenities nearby within walking distance. the cleanliness was great, I'll definitely be back!! We loved our stay with Marco! Everything was clean and as pictured. The house is even better in person than in the pictures. We stayed for one month and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again!

Mr. Dante was immediately friendly and helpful by offering us an early check-in. The apartment is located on 2nd P with elevator in a nice condominium in a residential area. It has a garage that we did not use as there is also a comfortable parking space. At the agreed time, we found the landlord waiting for us who provided us with all the directions related to the use of the apartment but also useful tips to visit the area. We found fresh water and beer in the refrigerator and a welcome basket with peanuts and chips, a few treats and everything you need for breakfast including a zymil milk (not a small thing for my lactose intolerant. ) There is also an equipped balcony on which we enjoyed a great pizza bought 200 meters ahead. About 500 meters away is a hyper Conad. The bed is comfortable (not irrelevant detail) and equipped with two pillows per person . A washer/dryer is available if you want. Highly recommended!
