Vacation rentals with a patio in Fairfield Harbour

This was our third visit to Washington and third stay at the Ell Hotel on Main Street. Once again, everything was wonderful. Ellen is great to work with, and the apartment is beautiful — clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We look forward to coming back next year.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying here! Pamela was an amazing host she was caring and attentive and the house was homey.

If you're the type of person who appreciates a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a squeaky-clean bathroom with a great shower, and a lovely setting with fantastic views, you're going to love Nelson and Elizabeth's place. We had such a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend Li'l Dock should you find yourself in this area.

Great quaint place to stay for a visit to Beaufort! The area was clean and very well situated with everything needed. It’s clear that Ruth wanted to make guests feel at home with sweet extra care and touches you’ll find upon arrival!

Orville was a great host. We asked about fishing. Not only did he bring us some lures but he also cut down some limbs to make for easier casting. So nice. Tim caught a nice size bass on the second cast!

We were nicely surprised by how stocked with gadgets and spices the kitchen was as well as with a lot of necessities such as paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products… Gorgeous view

Kim and Sam communicated extremely well and really made us feel welcomed. When there was an AC issue with the home the day of check-in, they offered similar properties for us to choose and apologized for the inconvenience.

Trevor was always quick to respond, and not only was his home filled with all the amenities we needed, it’s close to everything Jacksonville has to offer. Thank you Trevor for everything and when I’m back in town, I’ll definitely book your place again.

The house was clean and spacious and the views were calming. The living room was really a place for gathering friends and watching the final four on the lovely sectional couch and giant loveseat chair. We ate our dinner around the dining table with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room in each bedroom for our belongings. We walked to the beach and took the golf cart to the beach as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The only downside was there was not enough seats on the outside decks where we spent most of our time. There were only two chairs and a love seat. We would stay again!

Love staying with Jennifer! Her places are always clean and she is great at communicating. I will always stay at her places if they are available as they are always very clean and cozy places. The river view is amazing at the Shoreline location! I highly recommend staying at any if her locations!!

I appreciate Owen’s quick responses and flexibility, had an issue with neighbors in 407 about parking, but other than that the stay was very convenient for me to get to work.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from ECU. It was so convenient to campus. The house was comfy and very clean. Highly recommend.

Shari was very accommodating, responsive, and friendly. The condo was clean and spacious, and the beach access on the property was great!

So incredibly grateful to have found this property! My friend and I decided to get away for a girls weekend, and we could not have picked a better place than this. Not only was the condo beautiful and homey, the view from the balcony was unmatched, especially during sunrise and sunset!! The host recommended a few local places to try and we were not disappointed. We will absolutely be booking again, and recommending it to our friends and family. Thanks again Tony and Kimmy! :)

The stay here was very nice ! A Great host ,that communicated very well and was very helpful with making sure we knew everything before we arrived. Easy check in and the resort pool was awesome ! We will be back!!!

Loved staying here in this slice of paradise!!!! Exactly what I need to recharge my mom batteries!!! The community is really nice and welcoming as well . Felt at peace the whole trip.

We loved our stay at the beach! This was perfect, exactly what we were hoping for, beach accessibility by board walk, a nice pool (2), and close enough to see the water from the condo. Felt like our own little home. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great with our son with. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient! We did notice there was washer and dryers by the pool for community use also. The whole Southwinds area was clean and well maintained. Even the pool bathrooms were clean. There is also a great selection of beach supplies, books and cards to keep you entertained. We would definitely visit again if we come back to the area!

We had an extended stay at Aaron’s during the renovation of our house. His place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location provides views of both the ocean as well as Bogue Sound and the beach is just a short walk away. The Town of Emerald Isle is just a short drive away as is Salter Path. While Emerald Isle is the largest of the two both have shopping and dining. There is also a well stocked Dollar General store just 2 blocks away. The Crystal Coast is a great vacation area with beautiful beaches and great amenities and Aaron’s place is a great place to stay. We found communication with him to be easy and prompt and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our stay.

Joshua’s place is amazing! It’s quaint but roomy at the same time. The views of the back porch are amazing. The sounds of the water crashing on the shore as you open the patio door is like a dream. We arrived at 5:30 am to a beautiful sunrise with orange skies and hues of pink, purple and blue. It was the most spectacular welcoming. I would definitely stay at Joshua’s place again on my next visit Jacksonville.
