Welcome breakfast hamper on arrival, towels, linen, fresh coffee, tea and biscuits. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini-oven and grill, fridge freezer, toaster, cutlery, china, tea towels, teapot, glasses, fast wifi. The bathroom has underfloor heating and rain shower...lovely.

We are 1.5 miles from the beach, 1 mile from train station with a bus stop 2 minute walk away. We are near to the Exe trail. Exeter city is 8 miles away.

My seaside flat is fabulously located in the centre of the buzzing seaside town of Exmouth just five minutes from the railway station, wide sandy beach and wonderful Exe Estuary Trail cycle trail / path. The Marina and Kite Surfing Centre are just a short walk away. The flat has its own parking space. Accommodation is on the third floor with access via stairs. Double bedroom, twin bedroom, modern well-equipped kitchen, bath/shower, wifi and a cosy lounge - plus board games and TV.
