Beatiful place full of nature, we stay in all weekend and enjoy every moment of it

My husband and I, along with our two younger children, absolutely loved our stay! Gayla and Steve go above and beyond to make the home welcoming, having absolutely everything you could think of that you might need, and then some. We had a minor issue after arriving, but we quickly received a response after reaching out, and things were resolved in a timely matter. Additionally, they checked in with us a couple of days later to make sure things were still going well. The view from the back deck is beautiful and my kids loved eating every meal either on the deck or from inside the screened-in porch/sunroom. It was the perfect location for us to make day trips to Eureka Springs and Branson, and we loved going back "home" each night to peaceful surroundings after busy days. Having the water so close for the kids to practice fishing and splash around in was a great bonus. Highly recommend and we would love to visit again!

We loved our stay at the Hobbit House! It was such a unique experience and so relaxing. The location was really great too - it had a quite country feel while being just 10 minutes from a cute downtown area and restaurants. We would definitely come back! My only note is that the cleaning fee seemed high to me, especially with all the requests for check-out (guests wash dishes, take out trash, etc.). However, it is a very large house. Overall, we loved it and would surely recommend it to anyone!

Great location and property. It was very beautiful and private. We missed a note in the instructions about locking certain doors and locked ourselves out of the house however the owner/rental manager quickly got it figured out for us free of charge which we greatly appreciated.

We had a great weekend in Eureka Springs! It’s a beautiful little town with lots of music, shopping, and good food. Chris’s place was just as described. It’s in a great location. Close to the action but away from all the noise. Her house is very comfortable and very clean with all the necessary amenities. And it’s priced right. We’ll be back! Thanks Chris

A perfect get away from it all retreat. The cottage is quaint and comfortable, very much in keeping with the character of the town and located in a scenic neighborbood. Jan and her family team are wonderful hosts who are warm, friendly, and available to answer any questions.

Our family felt right at home and enjoyed a few days of relaxing at the house and sightseeing around Eureka Springs. Cara was responsive and it had all of the amenities to make the time there fun for the whole family.

Had a wonderful stay! House was even better than the pictures look. Great aesthetic and cozy. Fernando is an also an excellent host with great communication.

Really enjoyed our stay! The 80’s vibe was so much fun! Clean and big bed was comfy, the jacuzzi tub was big enough for two!

Overall, it was a great stay! The location was perfect and close to town. The cabin itself was exactly as described and clean. However, I will note that it was right on the road which was slightly noisy, but not too disrupting for sleeping purposes. Location on the road made it easy to bring in luggage and get in/out when going to different activities.

Fantastic, peaceful and private property that is exactly as beautiful as it is in the photos. Loved the chickens, great unique touch. Not only was the property exactly what we were looking for, it was immaculately clean and the host was proactive and incredibly helpful while never interrupting your vacation. Highly recommended and would love to book again.

This was a Quaint, Cozy Cute little Cabin. Perfect for My Husband & I to stay at for this short getaway. I would definitely stay again. The Hosts were very accommodating and very Responsive.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and modern. Has a great exclusive feel when inside and on back deck. Some reviews complained of not being very exclusive but besides the front drive in you wouldn’t know you were close to anyone else. Everything was about 10-15 min max away. We had issues with the AC unit but they were good to come by and fix/adjust.

Absolutely stunning views and not too far from anything you want to do.

My wife and I stayed in the honeymoon cabin, and it was spectacular. Beverly's cabin is amazingly beautiful. It's off the beaten path, but not so much so to be a hassle. A true gem for anyone looking for an Ozark getaway. We've stayed in Airbnbs often. Beverly is perhaps the best host we've experienced. Before our trip, she messaged with various information about the cabin and area. And was available by phone immediately when I unfortunately locked my phone in the cabin. My only wish is that the weather had cooperated on our trip. Stacie and I would return in a flash, and hope to do so on our next trip to NW Arkansas. The photos on display on the website are 100% accurate. But don't fully capture how wonderful the cabin is, or the area. We had a wonderful (if sadly abbreviated) time...and hope to return soon. The location also can't be beat. Rogers and Bentonville as well as Eureka Springs are only a 30 minute. But you might never want fo leave the cabin with the view

Clean and quiet! Would stay again!

was an absolute great stay! beautiful scenery around the dome! had absolutely no problems with anything! I did have an incident where I left my muddy tennis shoes right outside the front door and the neighbors dog ran off with one shoe, but the neighbors were extremely friendly and helped me find it! but overall was an amazing little getaway! would definately recommend staying here!

Great little get away close to downtown but also surrounded by nature! Room was clean and bed comfy. Room, however, is much tighter quarters than comes across in photos. Would not recommend for more than two adults, unless utilizing space only to sleep. Bathroom door opening is also a tight fit if you are a larger individual. Downtown is only about 2 blocks away but down a steep hill, so would recommend utilizing the staircase on adjacent Armstrong street. Balcony/porch area, as well as landing with the firepit, are lovely spots to sit and take in the serene outdoors. Bring binoculars to watch the many birds, squirrels, and chipmunks! Room comes with small fridge, microwave, great air conditioner, and swivel tv, as well as thoughtful small essentials like plasticware, paper towels, snacks, and clothes steamer. Would absolutely stay at this place again!

Had an absolutely beautiful time in Eireka Springs. Jordana was very helpful with any questions. The place is cozy and makes you feel right at home. Thank you for the fresh eggs too, we didn’t get to try any but the gesture was very kind and the hand written note from the kids!🫶🏼🫶🏼

This spot is incredible! Super clean, and modern! Beds are super comfortable, house was cleaned immaculately. The back porch is amazing for star gazing and just relaxing! Absolutely amazing! And to top it all off Chris was an amazing host! Very friendly, communicative, and very helpful! One of my favorite places I’ve stayed at throughout Airbnb!

This was one of our favorite Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. The setting was beautiful and peaceful, and the hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. As tennis players, we really enjoyed hitting on the private tennis court a few steps from our door. The place was a perfect stop for us on a roadtrip, offering a comfortable, pet friendly stay in a quiet area close to restaurants and activities in Fayetteville. I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone staying in the area.

Fantastic visit and stay! Beautiful unique home; all other positive reviews are accurate. Staying here is like living for a few days inside a piece of art! So close to Bud Walton Stadium and still so quiet !

This was such a wonderful way to kickstart our marriage! This couple is so sweet, welcoming, and down to earth. The vibes of the house are so cool, and I loved the cool city feel in the midst of NWA! Definitely recommend!
