Vacation rentals in Elizabeth River

This place was wonderful! Perfect for visiting Virginia! Monica was very friendly! Would stay again!

This was a wonderful location with personal touches and thoughtful planning. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked, yard was perfect for our dog and beds were clean and comfortable. Our dog loved the beach which was a quick walk away. Brian was responsive on the two occasions I had to reach him. The home was close to Little Creek base which was convenient to see our son. Parking was terrific and the home is on a street that is not too busy. The only negative that I’d have is that (as a middle aged woman who sleeps HOT) we were unable to adjust the home’s temperature below 68. Ceiling fans and oscillating fans were available which was helpful. Overall would recommend this home and its host and will likely be back in the future!

We were very pleased with the house. Just be careful w little ones, all vent covers were not secured to the floor properly and that could be safety hazard. One disappointment we had -although the beach was very close (5 minutes walk) there were runoff pipes all along the beach. Public beach a 5 minute drive. We ended up driving to Virginia Beach and had much better time there, 40 minute drive.

Lovely spot, well appointed with everything you need for a beach vacay. Super clean and organized. Comfy beds, awesome backyard, bikes and kayaks to borrow. We had a great stay!

Second stay was as great as the first. The place is clean and organized; Tracy made sure we had all the info we needed in advance for a smooth check-in. There's a really helpful/informative "about us/house rules" notebook in the house, along with some snacks and amenities. We had everything we needed for our stay. The home is spacious and cozy; the porch in the back is fabulous. And I love the wall map (pin where you are from) - super cool. Will definitely stay again.

The 'placePerfect Getaway' certainly lives up to and exceeds expectations. All aspects of this modern home are welcoming, safe, secure, and relaxing. From it's beautiful landscaping, in-ground pool, spa style masterbath suite, and high end appliances, the homes comforts are almost endless. Checking in and out is simple and pleasantly accommodating. Our sincere appreciation goes out to our gracious host. The care and attention to detail demonstrated create a genuine 'welcome to our home' ambiance. We will look forward to future stays in this 'placePerfect Getaway' and thank you again for a simply wonderful stay.

Really nice quiet place on the James River. Kitchen and living room/breakfast area served our family really well. The house is close to the Jamestown ferry which allowed us easy access to the historical sights of Jamestown, Williamsburg and Yorktown and some great restaurants in Williamsburg. A great place.

The house is a perfect location for visiting all the historical landmarks in the area. We enjoy having our morning coffee out on the back deck. The kitchen had everything you could need and more in a vacation rental. I would much rather have a smaller kitchen and not have to buy any cooking gear while on vacation. It even had a crockpot. We would highly recommend this place to any one looking to stay in the Williamsburg area.
