Welcome to Sint-Oedenrode, a beautiful village, filled with beautiful hiking and biking areas! And you'll be right in the middle of it all Only 5 minutes walk from the cozy center and about a fifteen minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are close by. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our vacant garden. Free Wifi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.

This centrally located house is cozy, cozy and completely newly furnished! You are a 2-minute walk from the bustling city center of Eindhoven and yet you can relax in this house due to the beautiful and quiet surroundings. Whether you want to enjoy all the facilities the city center has to offer, such as the many cozy restaurants on the small mountain , shop at the many well-known shops in the city, or take a walk in the city park,it is all close by!

Guest suite 10 minutes walking distance from Downtown!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds(80-200) and a cozy seat with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a completely renovated and well-kept townhouse build in 1921. All privately yours. The apartment is located opposite a cosy and lively town square with several restaurants. The health, safety and well-being of my guests is a top priority.

A nice, small city studio in the center of Eindhoven. Our favorite cafes and restaurants are at the end of the street and around the corner in De Bergen. A supermarket right around the corner. Within walking distance of downtown with its shops and museums. Bus stop 400 m away. And within walking/cycling distance of museums, Strijp-S, HTC, ASML
