This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

This beautiful cozy house has really all the comforts. The Easter decoration made it all the way. It is also wonderful to stay in the idyllic garden. You can use the various seats and around the house you have plenty of privacy. Ans and Sander are very sweet, hospitable people who are open to a chat. Kelpen-Oler is an excellent starting point for visiting the wine estates nearby (tip: Aldeneyck has a lovely terrace in addition to tasty wines). You can also take beautiful walks/bike rides in the area. Hidden gem for a well-deserved break: Tea garden the Tungelroyse stream. We greatly enjoyed it!

The best Airbnb experience we had ever! It’s a really beautiful house! And environment there is beautiful too!

Great place to relax, very nice surroundings! You walk out the gate and have all kinds of beautiful hiking trails to go...Plenty and more... to experience in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we really enjoyed the peace, the silence and the privacy that is offered here. Spotted all kinds of birds in the garden while enjoying a drink; Flemish jigsaws, robins, finches, goats and even 3 black with white colored squirrels that we have never seen in the Netherlands, this was a welcome extra during breakfast on our last day. In short, really a lovely cottage where we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed there for 3 nights, as far as we were concerned, far too short. The house itself is just a home where you can enjoy a lovely hot tub undisturbed, a hot tub and if the weather allows it a beautifully landscaped swimming pool outside. We took really beautiful walks, the gardens in Arcen we had already been but stay beautiful. So all praise !!

Anita and Antoin are very kind and helpful owners! The house fully met our expectations and it was wonderful to stay there. We're definitely going back there!

A very pleasant welcome, with a small tour. All the adjustments that were made for me and consultation were well arranged. As agreed, a short app contact from time to time and also an exciting acnefiet was solved acutely, with humor🫢🤣! Also enjoyed the bath!! The delivery also went volt and hassle-free. Nothing but nothing was disappointing for me. We have enjoyed optimally for 2 weeks!!!! For me, the low stimulant environment and nature around Groesbeek were very healing. Highly recommended for bon vivants!!

My kids and I really enjoyed Anja’s place. The house is cozy and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as described, the location and the landscape were wonderful. It was definitely worth it for the money. It could have been a bit cleaner (sheets or bed) but overall we had a very nice vacation

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Joost's place! Everything was present, both in the kitchen and in the bedrooms and bathroom. Joost always responded very quickly to messages which is very pleasant. He also lives next to the stay, so he can act quickly if you have a question or problem. Very friendly man!

An outstanding holiday let, we loved it. The setting was beautiful with views across the fields, great cycling/walking on the doorstep, and everything had been thought of inside to make a really comfortable and easy stay. The hosts were kind, friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean. We'd very much recommend a stay here!

We spent two wonderful weeks in the Orangerie of Eveline. The accommodation is above expectations spacious and complete but also nicely decorated. The view of the horse meadow is beautiful and from the B&B you can walk directly into the woods. Many alternative hiking trails are relatively close. Eveline's two sweet dogs were a gift. Occasionally they stopped by for a cuddle or a play moment with our dog. We will definitely come back.

Excellent guesthouse in a nice quiet location, near the Maas. There were several cottages on site. The house we rented had a private garden that was well screened. The courtyard was shared with everyone and there were some children's bikes. In the house itself, everything was very clean. There was plenty of space, plenty of equipment also in the kitchen. Too bad the piano didn't work (some keys broken and it was completely false!) In addition, it is also unfortunate that the hot tub in the garden is not included but that this is payable separately in cash.

Stayed in the cottage with 10 friends. One of the two living rooms is spacious enough to eat with the ten! Also enough stuff for 10 people. Elly and Marc are friendly hosts and the cottage was clean and tidy.

Pleasant stay at Silvio's house, very relaxing. Ideally located for us who were going to a festival in Tilburg and who could enjoy the calm. Easy contact if needed, everything was as advertised.

Great stay. Enjoyed Mol with 11 people, everything less than 1 kilometer away, extremely walkable. Also perfect for cozy evenings at the bar, or with 11 in the lounge room. Recommended!

A very warm welcome, everything clean, tidy and very comfortable

Everything was fine, on arrival the heating was nice and on, the beds were made up and everything was fresh and clean. We were here with our family and combined it with a visit to the Christmas market in Düsseldorf, great to do in terms of distance. Everything is available for a wonderful stay, I can definitely recommend staying with Romy!

We had a wonderful stay at Rosé and Adri’s place. Easy and quick check in. Inside was very cozy and clean, the bed and couch are quite big and very comfortable. The kitchen is also well equipped. Shower and comfort room are also nice and tidy. Rosé is such a nice and sweet host. I really appreciate the wine and birthday card. We were both satisfied with our stay! It was indeed a lovely trip and I’m glad that I was able to celebrate my birthday at their lovely home. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!!

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful, quiet house. The garden is beautiful and a very nice area to sit quietly in. The house has everything you'll need. The rooms are spacious, everyone has enough space in the house. Thanks to the stairwell, you can also just arrive without having to meet one hour in advance. They were also flexible with the departure time, which was also very nice!

A fantastic house in a wonderful setting in the heart of nature. Both Danny and Ilse were great with us throughout the stay, helping us as much as they could with a problem we had during the trip, which thanks to them we were able to solve in time. Very grateful to them for everything 100% recommended and I would return without hesitation if I had to stay in the area again.
