Nice communication everything that was written matched. We were there for the Christmas days and the cottage was cozily decorated. we spent a long weekend in Annet for a long weekend with the two of us. A very nice house in a nice quiet location. Everything you needed was available. because the weather worked well, we made 2 nice bike rides. The wide area is very varied and beautiful. Hope to come back in the spring to enjoy the beautiful garden even more.

After a very warm welcome by the host and hostess, we entered the cozy and comfortable guesthouse. It was equipped with every comfort, with also a lovely bed and a spacious bathroom. Don't hesitate to book, it's okay here!

The place was outstanding and really very clean. It had everything you needed. The decor was really very nice and you felt right at home. The place is really recommended and communication with Frances worked out great!

A very pleasant welcome, with a small tour. All the adjustments that were made for me and consultation were well arranged. As agreed, a short app contact from time to time and also an exciting acnefiet was solved acutely, with humor🫢🤣! Also enjoyed the bath!! The delivery also went volt and hassle-free. Nothing but nothing was disappointing for me. We have enjoyed optimally for 2 weeks!!!! For me, the low stimulant environment and nature around Groesbeek were very healing. Highly recommended for bon vivants!!

We enjoyed the coziness after the busy holidays and this in an uber cozy and equipped with everything house! Yes, say house, because with that size of rooms, sitting space and garden this is a real house! Everything available and fun playgrounds due to the extensive games cabinet and booklets for our children... delicious, thank you!

We had a very nice weekend with two couples and 4 small kids in Bart and Bas's cottage. The house is cozy and there are lots of toys available for the kids which was very convenient! Also quick and clear communication with the hosts which was very nice. There is an outdoor and indoor playground, a petting zoo and a swimming pool in the park. So we didn't have to go far to entertain ourselves and the kids. In short, with all the facilities nearby and the nice house we were able to have a very relaxing weekend together!

Had a wonderful stay with fantastic weather for the end of October! Wonderful to watch the sun go up and down. The cottage is neat and fully equipped. Also wonderful that there are bathrobes ready! Our daughter was able to play wonderfully in the garden with the trampoline and the cottage!

Everything was perfect, Hugo welcomed us in a very friendly way and gave us tips for the region. The wellness area was very clean, cozy and corresponded to the description. We will be happy to come back!

Incredibly kind host, very welcoming and helpful. We had an amazing stay and enjoyed the house, the huge garden and the underfloor heating everywhere. What a great place to relax and use as a base for further explorations.

We found the owner to be very friendly and welcoming. The cottage was very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Almost everything we needed was present, including cleaning supplies. The only small downside was the lack of a microwave or oven, but other than that, everything else was perfect!

We really enjoyed the lovely house during a winter stay. It’s rural, so from the house you can start many delightful walks, spending hours outdoors! The house is comfortable and tidy; the hosts are kind and responsive. Villages, supermarkets, restaurants are near. WIFI functions well; central heating too. The garden edges on a road crossing with medium traffic; no issue during winter, yet for summer stays good to know. Would recommend!

Barbara and Gerd were always helpful. We received clear answers to our questions. We used the house as accommodation for our trip to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Giethoorn, Volendam and Zahnee Schans. Everything we needed was available in the house. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean. Hot water was available. We had a peaceful stay. It was great to wake up in the morning with the sounds of birds in front of the pool and in nature. My 9 and 13-year-olds loved it. We hope to come back. Thanks

Cozy house, very clean, amazing breakfast, and Ans is a very nice person.

It is super pleasant to stay in the quiet Hukkelbergske by Peter & Carol so close to the forest. Walking, walking, or MTB shoes on and hop you left right away. Our two sons (3y and 11m) enjoyed themselves enormously with the numerous toys present. With them, our space of movement was rather limited, but with De Ark van Noë, the goat farm for fresh products and of course the forest within walking distance, we had some nice trips nearby. For us as TV loosening, it was sometimes nice to see a movie on such a huge screen :). Peter & Carol were kind enough to provide us with bed linen and bath towels that we had forgotten. The communication was great! We'd love to come back!

Very good communication, a place to live where it is pleasant to stay, very nice rooms. A very functional house. Small + for the beer glass collection! We'll be back for sure if we get a chance:)

Everything was fine, on arrival the heating was nice and on, the beds were made up and everything was fresh and clean. We were here with our family and combined it with a visit to the Christmas market in Düsseldorf, great to do in terms of distance. Everything is available for a wonderful stay, I can definitely recommend staying with Romy!

We had a nice stay at the house with our family. The area is very nice and nice for hiking, in addition, the village is not so far away and you can go there for the shops and cafes. Communication was good and the house looked beautiful.
