Er zijn 2 terrassen zodat je altijd in het zonnetje kan zitten. Het is een fijne doorzon-woning. Zelf heb ik op de begane grond met atelier. In de buurt zijn fijne eetgelegenheden en een supermarkt vlakbij. Het centrum is 10 minuten lopen en het station 15 minuten. Het is een prettige en gezellige buurt.
