5 Stars – Cozy, Quiet, and Thoughtfully Stocked! Loved my stay at this renovated 1BR near downtown Hot Springs. It was clean, peaceful, and felt like home. The kitchen was a great bonus—stocked with waffle mix, eggs, butter, water, and essentials, not to mention a wonderful coffee and tea bar! Super quiet at night and close to everything. Kaloa was a great host. Would definitely stay again!

This was my first ever air B&B. Always before I used VRBO. Since my daughter was returning to School of Mines she needed a couple days before check in. I will say it's a perfect place to rent while visiting your student or attending some college event. The stay was one block walk to my daughter dorm. Very nice. I was amazed how clean and safe but easy it was to access. The air conditioning worked perfect in the 90 degree temps we had. The beds were clean, made up nice and very comfortable. The kitchen we didn't use but it and the living area were better than I expected. I will return here over the years my daughter is at the school.
