Great stay! Andrey’s home was very clean and worked great for our family. The home is close to a lot of restaurants and shops and only a short drive to the beaches. We definitely recommend!

Betsy is a wonderful host. The home was spacious enough for the four of us. Great location in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time at this beach villa! We rented a golf cart which was very helpful getting the stuff to and from the beach with our 3 kiddos! It was also very fun that we could drive the golf cart around the whole island. The space was beautiful and had all the comforts of home and everything we needed. Mario was wonderful, very responsive and understanding. He even paid us a visit to address one of the issues we had! Thank you so much for a wonderful family vacation. My kids loved the pool too!!!!

I came down with 2 friends for a moms getaway and we had a wonderful time. This sweet little house is perfect and we will definitely be back. Amy is so nice and accommodating. The house was very clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Can’t wait to visit again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and has everything we needed for vacation. The pool was perfect for the kids - they preferred staying home at the pool than going the beach. Romulda was also so helpful and responsive to all our questions. We only wished we had more time to stay here! We’re looking forward to booking again in the future!

Barbara's place was great! She left water and blueberry muffins for us! Such a nice touch. Barbara said they live only 2 minutes away, so if we needed anything, to let them know. Well, everything was in such great shape and easy to find, there was no need to contact her at all! We were there for 5 days. The kitchen was stocked with some spices and plenty of cooking pans and utensils. There was also coffee available. It was nice to sit outside in the private yard to enjoy meals and morning coffee with a book. There is also a piano if you want to tickle the ivories! I would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay! The house was very clean and spacious, the pool was perfect for our family and the extra beach items were SO helpful. We would definitely book again!

The check in is simple and check out procedure is so easy (take out trash and start dish washer).

This house was spotless, organized and had a loaded kitchen! It is in a amazing location near the beaches and the house came loaded with beach equipment. I would love to come back. Birute was very helpful with us and responsive in timely manner Thansk for all!

Second mothers day at this house and it was all we needed. We had planned hitting the beach and town but ended staying at the home using it's amenities. What a wonderful time even with the torrential rains we didnt plan for. Best part is ur 4 legged babies were welcomed! oh - withing 15 mins walmart, target, grocery stores, restaurats, etc. And if you like Mexican food you are in luck. Dont leave without visiting Doña Betty's food truck!

We had two adults and two kids for our stay, and we were all very comfortable. The kids loved the game room and pool, and I loved the cleanliness and atmosphere of the home. The host was very responsive and checked in throughout our stay to make sure all was well. We would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed this place! Lynn and Matt were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. We will absolutely be returning next year, this was the perfect house and area. They don’t have this on the listing but they had several pool floats, noodles, googles, small pool toys, a beach wagon, beach chairs adult and kids, kids life jackets, a cooler, shark teeth scooper, and several other things! The kitchen was also well quipped! Our two dogs had a blast in the very large fenced in yard. Great hosts, 10/10 would recommend! We can’t wait to return!

It was a great location! Nice view outback. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub! The inside was spacious! We had a great time!

This place is charming! Spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and lanai were great to relax in. Christopher's guidebook which we downloaded was packed full of useful information as to where to eat, nightlife, what to do etc. His restaurant recommendations were spot on! Check in and out was super easy and he was great regarding communication. Hope to return to this place next year!

I visited Sarasota with my family from the state of Rhode Island from April 4 to April 7 and we stayed at Jason’s & Laura house and it was an amazing experience. The house was very clean and organized. The house is located on a great neighborhood, super safe and great amenities. The house was stocked with beach supplies like beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board and a beach cooler that was so nice. The house was exactly what we were expecting, I would recommended to everyone. Thank you Josh and laura.

Booked last minute on our way down to Florida. Carrie was very responsive and welcoming. Their home was CLEAN and adorable! It had everything you’d want and need. The fenced in backyard was superb. I loved walking our dogs to the beautiful park one street over that had a grassy area to play ball, picnic tables, and a gorgeous water view! The location was super convenient to stores, restaurants, and siesta key. Will absolutely book again. Thanks!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Zina's property! The home is beautiful, offers plenty of space and comfort for a relaxing getaway. It was the perfect place for us to unwind while still being close to everything we needed. Communication was seamless, and Zina was always a pleasure to deal with. She responded quickly and was more than happy to assist with any questions or needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The attention to detail is impressive, the bedding is very comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with essentials such as pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Every corner of the home felt thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable stay. Had a wonderful stay! Place was in great location for what we wanted out of our vacation: golf, beach and bike trail! The accommodations were clean and roomy. Siesta Key Prop Mgmt was very responsive and brought us an extra beach chair and umbrella for our beach day! Would highly recommend!
