Vacation rentals with beach access in Downtown, Norfolk

Clean, safe, easy to get to. Did the job we needed it to for the weekend.

Our stay was great! Our son is stationed there and Lynn’s place was so close to him.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is as described and pictured. We appreciated the amenities and cleanliness around the apartment. The bed is very comfortable and the towels were plushy and cozy. The kitchen has all the appliance you will need. You can’t beat the beach access in this place, I loved that it was north or the tourist area which made it more quiet and peaceful. We would definitely book again.

The apartment is cute and very modern. Everything was clean. The neighbors were friendly. The video was a novel idea for check-in.

The rental unit far exceeded our expectations! First and most important was how clean everything is. Shawna really caters to her renters by taking the time to have items on hand in case you forget to bring them. My only issue was that there was only one parking spot for the rental unit. I realize that this is out of Shawna’s control. Otherwise this was a perfect trip with a great place to stay—planning to come back!

We loved the location. Very short walk to the beach, and short drives to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. The bed I slept in was super comfortable and the living room furniture was also comfortable for reading or watching TV. The kitchen was well equipped. The keypad entry was really convenient and easy to operate. We really enjoyed our weekend stay.

Very helpful and detailed instructions for check in, they responded quickly whenever I had questions and overall the home was very tidy and cozy! Loved every minute.

We loved our beach getaway because of our accommodation, it was private and peaceful and had everything we needed! Very clean and furniture done in great taste! We spent a whole week and we didn't want to leave. We especially loved the deck with all the beautiful plants and that we could hear the ocean especially at night! A big plus! We are definitely going back! Jules and Scott, the hosts were so welcoming and kind to us and always helpful. The short walk to the beach was beautiful and so easy! What a gem this place is! We stayed here over spring break with our young kids. Tommy and Janet were very friendly and responsive. The location is great! Literally right across the street from the beach, and close to our all time favorite brewery :) we'd love to come back again in the summer months!

We had a great stay! So close to the beach, and had everything we needed. We have a couple of toddlers, and the backyard was great for them to play in. All in all, checked all the boxes and was very comfortable.

Kate’s place was perfect for our family’s first trip to Norfolk! The beach is literally less than a 5 minute walk away. Her home is adorable and her neighbors are the sweetest people! My kids loved their little dog. We felt very comfortable in the house — very nice neighborhood and the home had everything we needed! We were very close to downtown as well. We will definitely be coming back if we make it back to Norfolk! Thank you Kate!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home right next to the beach. The location couldn’t be better, steps from the ocean, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. The home itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable and relaxing environment. Diana and Tom were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to help with a need I had during my stay, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene beach getaway with thoughtful, responsive hosts.

This place was perfect for the kids and parents and grandparents. We enjoyed our stay here walking distance to the beach was perfection. It was so peaceful, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the downstairs yard & patio area. We didn’t get to use the bbq grill but next time we stay here we will. Beautiful home. Thank you

We had a fantastic stay at Arica’s condo! The neighborhood was lovely—quiet, safe, and just a short walk to the boardwalk, making it the perfect location for enjoying Virginia Beach. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the space had all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. Arica was a great host, ensuring everything was seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place near the beach!

LOVED our stay here, we were in town visiting a family member that is stationed in the area. Place was easy to find and had so much to do in the area. The home was so adorable I loved the Blue touches all over with the beachy theme. Everything was a described. We had one small concert and Samantha jumped into action to make sure it was taken care of and was great with following up to make sure we were happy with the resolution. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Was really amazing to be able to view the sunrise from bed! Also sitting on the private deck watching the ocean was very peaceful! We had a great weekend at Crystal’s place. The condo was clean, the furniture comfortable and it had everything we needed for a weekend stay-our family especially enjoyed the selection of games. The location was perfect and the beach just beautiful!

Had a great stay! The condo was clean and looked just like the photos. It was a nice touch to have some beach items available to use! Tara was very responsive and helpful when I ran into a little problem.

It was everything Whitney said it would be. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with our son and granddaughter! Will definitely rent this again! We loved it!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Great spot in VA beach that was beautifully kept and super clean. Views to die for from every room. We will definitely stay again! Host provided very thorough instructions and details ahead of and during our stay. 10/10 recommend 🙂
