Tijdens je verblijf in ons huis vind je rust in alle drukte. De woning is ruim opgezet en heeft een grote tuin, waar je ook als het regent lekker kan zitten. Ons huis ligt op een steenworp afstand van het centrum van Amsterdam. Binnen een kwartier sta je op het Leidseplein en loop je over de grachten. terwijl het huis zich in een hele rustige en kindvriendelijke buurt bevindt. De woning is gedeeltelijk gerenoveerd. De begane grond en eerste verdieping zijn helemaal nieuw en klaar voor gebruik.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Hi, we are Cees and Cathalijne, and are happy to offer our upstairs. The apartment is in Centrumeiland, a new district in Amsterdam. Within walking distance are shops, supermarkets, terraces, restaurants and the beach! The apartment has a living room with pantry, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 balconies. Directly behind the shared front door is the staircase up to the apartment: it is separate from the rest of the house. We live downstairs ourselves, so you have a lot of privacy.

We have a honestly unique house in Diemen, a new neighborhood close to public transport directly to Amsterdam. It's unique because the house is detached ans very well equiped. We have bikes, a trampoline and a huge amount of grass to play on. For a swim you can jump in the canal, just across the street. Naturally, we have tv, wifi, washer and dryer. There are two bedroomrooms for children and there is a masterbedroom. The bathroom contains a shower and a seperate bathtub.

*For quiet people only!* This is the perfect place if you enjoy quality and space. The room is brand new, large, private and well-equipped. It is ideal for resting after a long day walking in the city or on a business trip. Public transport is within walking distance, and the train takes 20 minutes to the central station. Please note that we have a quiet hour policy between 9:00 and 23:00. Smoking, using (soft) drugs, and unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited.

Welcome to our lovely private studio. It is brand new! Normaly my working place but in weekends and holidays for you. It is situated in a quiet residential area, 3 minutes walk from a shoppingcentre and 5 minutes walk to the railwaystation which brings you in 11 minutes to Amsterdam central station. Right outside the door is a private parkingspace free of charge (in the centre of Amsterdam you pay 7 euro/ hour) Our rate includes tourist tax.
