Great appartement in Amsterdam,perfect for family

This light apartment is located in one of Amsterdam best neighborhoods! Close to the city center, 3 minute walk from train station, and a very green and quiet neighborhood. A lot of playgrounds close by. The apartment is perfect for families with 1,2 or 3 kids. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with a bunkbed for 2 kids (max 1.40m, and 1 with a baby bed. Only for families! Wonderful place from which to discover our beautiful city. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

This peaceful & cozy ground floor apartment is truly unique. A large south-west facing back garden which gets sun most of the day in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Metro station is 4 min walk away which will only take 10 minutes to get you to the heart of Amsterdam. National train station is 10 min walk (Duivendrecht) which easily takes you to the airport or other parts of The Netherlands. Nearest supermarket is 2 min walk and a large shopping centre (Bijlmer) - 15 min.

The private room is well equipped. There is no 24/7 lobby, make sure that we agree on a check in time. All guests need to show a valid ID upon arrival. check in: 2PM / check out: 11AM FYI: I'm living with my cat who freely roams around the house. The kitchen (except the stove) can be used.

Beautifully furnished apartment available on the days I am not present. The apartment is in a nice location. Within 20 minutes by public transportation, you're in the center. Public transport and local supermarkets are within walking distance. Ideally located for visiting the Johan Cruijff ArenA, Ziggo Dome and AFAs live. In addition, the apartment has all the comforts. A spacious balcony, washing machine, Wi-Fi, kitchen equipment. Any transfers are negotiable.

Relax and unwind in my cozy garden house. If you have green hands, enjoy some gardening in my 100m2 garden. If not, enjoy a meal and treat yourself with something to drink, candlelight and a book. In case you didn’t bring a book, I have plenty. Need some focus time? I have good WiFi and a big screen in the office. You can also philosophize with some table cards. In summary, just feel at home! By train, you can be in the center of Amsterdam in 10 minutes, or even sooner in the cozy Amsterdam East.
