Single-family house (15m cycling center Amsterdam)

StéphanieRating, 5 stars11 months ago
The accommodation is bright, spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. It is located in a residential and quiet area, facing a small children's playground (with a ping pong table). A beautiful terrace (with 3 rabbits) overlooks a canal that still brings a bucolic and warm touch to the house that is not lacking... All close to a metro (15 minutes walk) driving in 10 minutes to Amsterdam; extra stop very well connected! Stéphanie is more welcoming, helpful and responsive. We are really delighted with this choice of accommodation which had all the qualities we were looking for! We had a lovely stay there!
A modern kitchen features a long, dark island with seating for four. White cabinetry lines the walls, complemented by a black backsplash. Fresh flowers adorn the counter, and natural light enters through a glass door leading to the exterior.

Family house with garden by the water in Amsterdam

ShaRating, 5 stars20 months ago
Nice unit in row housing, very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space, and a well-appointed kitchen for cooking. Right off the canal, with a large playground, grocery store, and tram into central Amsterdam a short walk away. Was too cold for swimming but seems possible. Ivan was great at helping us get settled in. The description was a little vague on bedding, but there is a master bedroom with a large bed, and 2 smaller bedrooms upstairs, all sharing a bathroom. The one bedroom had a loft bed, and the other had an air mattress, which was fine for our 2 kids. This definitely lived in by Boris's family including younger kids, and rented part-time, so definitely "lived in", but also means there's lots of games and such. Some "interesting" possibly kid-inappropriate pictures, if they're paying attention! Overall a perfect place for a few days in Amsterdam!
A large wooden dining table is centered in a sunlit room, flanked by four black chairs. A tall vase filled with flowers sits prominently on the table. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide views of a well-maintained outdoor garden, enhancing the space's natural light.

Stunning, big and comfortable house

MaddieRating, 5 stars70 months ago
Casper’s place was great and he was a great host- quick responses and left a helpful tip book about the area and how to get around. He was unable to meet us but set someone up to let us in and explain the place- very nice! This place is close to Amsterdam City Center and Casper left great instructions on how to get there. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. His home is beautiful- very spacious, cute backyard, and comfortable! We get very at home and would definitely stay again!

Spacious studio with terrace on waterside

KatyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
In a newer and peaceful neighborhood, Marguerite’s place offered us a very private and scenic stay. The bedroom window looked out to the water and we rested well in the super comfortable bed. With the well-equipped kitchen and a supermarket nearby, we enjoyed local cheese, fruits, and yogurt. There’s a local bakery within easy walking distance, we really enjoyed their wholesome breads and pastries. Plus, Marguerite had a gourmet Jura espresso machine in the kitchen filled with beans, it was terrific for coffee drinkers. Take tram 26 to the city and back, it’s convenient and easy. It was truly an amazing stay.

Marieke, a very nice woman, kind, always available to help. Her apartment is really cozy, clean and organized. Locationfacike to get aroundicon bus and train. I definitely recommend.
An overhead view reveals two boats docked at a wooden pier. One boat features a canopy and seating, while the other, a small kayak, is brightly colored in yellow. The water is calm, reflecting the surroundings, contributing to a peaceful environment.

Waterhouse Amsterdam with private dock

MarieRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We had a great time at Arjen's place. The house is very nice, very beautifully decorated, in a quiet area, ideal for a family of 4. Very nice very well equipped kitchen. The parking space is a real plus knowing that then you can go to the center of Amsterdam in 20 minutes thanks to the nearby tram station. The house must be very nice in summer with the terrace by the water. We hope to return and recommend this rental 100%!
