Historic luxury renovated 130 m2 sailing ship from 1890 for combi sailing/sleeping. Moored nearby the city centre of Amsterdam in a quit harbor with nice restaurants, and bars. Around the corner is a big supermarket and a beach with watersport facilities. On board are 4 sleeping area's for 14 persons. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers. There is a complete kitchen, large living and dinning area and an outside area with beautiful lake views. For families, couples or groups.

We have a honestly unique house in Diemen, a new neighborhood close to public transport directly to Amsterdam. It's unique because the house is detached ans very well equiped. We have bikes, a trampoline and a huge amount of grass to play on. For a swim you can jump in the canal, just across the street. Naturally, we have tv, wifi, washer and dryer. There are two bedroomrooms for children and there is a masterbedroom. The bathroom contains a shower and a seperate bathtub.

OUR 3 FLOOR TOWNHOUSE comprises a sauna, garden, 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, bath & separate shower, laundry room. The large living room, with a modern-rustic feel to it, has an open kitchen and sun room which opens to the garden. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: king size bed. Bedroom 2: tree house bed that accommodates 2 children or alternatively grownups (mattresses are 2 meters long). Bedroom 3: large couch that turns into a comfortable double bed. Bedroom 4: double bed.

Beautiful city beach with restaurant and surf club and a lovely park a 2-minute walk away. Our house is very suitable for family with kids. IJburg is a modern quiet district in Amsterdam where mainly families live. IJburg has several shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a cozy harbor.

Upstairs on the first floor is a spacious master bedroom with adjoining bathroom with bath and shower. A separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the 2nd floor are 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 beds each and a 2nd bathroom and separate toilet.

"Sailing barge Titaan” is a relatively new ship in the Dutch fleet. She is build in 2001 and has been used mostly for romantic sailing trips and weddings. Nowadays she has been refitted to accommodate groups of passengers (up to 12 people). The traditional white sailing barge in combination with a more modern and luxury interior gives the whole ship an interesting twist and a perfect place to unwind and relax.

A house at the park and near a forest! It’s a family friendly home with a petting zoo within walking distance. It’s a spacious house in Amsterdam with a lot of nature and birds around you. There is a fireplace and possibilities for a campfire on the patio. There is free parking in this neighborhood and also great access to Amsterdam city center by metro (10 min walking).

The house is conveniently located near the amsterdam city centre and the lake, with a beach and a grocery store at walking distance. The tram will take you to the city centre in only 20 minutes. There is a comfortabele seating area, a fully equipped kitchen and a patio garden for you to enjoy. Special effort was put into sustainability, with solar panels and a heatpump.
