Fantastic house in a perfect location between North Sea, Amsterdam and the small, super beautiful city of Haarlem. Cosy furnishings, plenty of space and good entertainment for children make the house perfect for holidays with children

We (2 adults with dog) had a wonderful week in the apartment in the middle of Egmond aan Zee. The apartment is very cozily furnished and we felt at home there. It also had everything we needed. Thanks for the wonderful time, we would love to come again.

Lovely stay in a beautiful location with easy access to Amsterdam using public transport. Very helpful hosts with frequent communication answering any questions and even booking dinner on our behalf. Highly recommended!

What a gorgeous, well appointed house. There was a supermarket nearby and bus stop to get into the centre of Haarlem which was beautiful and very interesting with so many things to see and do. Hosts were very welcoming, wine, waffles and chocolate on arrival! Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you for a wonderful weekend break.

Pleasant accommodation where you feel comfortable as soon as you open the front door. Everything is well organized and clean. It's an ideal place to stay with kids, our son was delighted. For future guests, we strongly recommend parking your car at Parkeerterrein Parcade Alkmaar Overstad which is a 10-minute walk away, easy to park and inexpensive (€3.70 between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. / free at night) We did not opt for public transport but the distances to tourist attractions are quickly accessible thanks to the highways (Volendam / Amsterdam /Keukenhof /...) Thanks to Michelle and her family for listing their home on Airbnb, which allowed us to have a good week's vacation.

Even though this lovely home was located so close by the beach, a walk of 5 minutes, it felt very private and the surroundings are quiet. The home was exceptionally clean, beds were extremely comfortable. It was tastefully decorated and felt like a cozy home. We enjoyed walking to and on the beach, had a delicious dinner in the village and in nearby villages as well. The hosts were very proactive with communication and responded quickly to questions. I am recommending this 100% to anyone interested a stay in Wijk Aan Zee and I am hoping to book this again on my next visit. A really spacious, well equipped, and tastefully furnished and decorated family home. I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

The house was super great and almost more beautiful than in the photos. The information folder about the house, the surrounding area etc. was very helpful. We were also very happy about the drinks provided and the Nespresso set up! Sander was very easy to reach and always responded very quickly, helpfully and sympathetically.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very cozy and comfortable, and was well equipped with all of the amenities we were looking for. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful for anything that we needed. In particular, the black out shades in the bedroom helped us get a great night's sleep every night. The location was superb, great restaurants and grocery stores were right outside of our door. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We absolutely loved the place. Marjan accommodated our requests and was absolutely wonderful.

The apartment is sunny and bright, clear of clutter, well lit, and so nice to be in. From the get go, Armand was incredibly responsive, and if there was anything I needed or had a question about, he was right on it. The location is also terrific, close to transit, can walk to so much, beautiful parks nearby, shopping, etc. It made for a wonderful "home" while in Amsterdam. Bedankt Armand! - Nina

Arjen’s apartment is simply amazing. The traditional Amsterdam house is superbly furnished and equipped. The beds are comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city, but really quiet and peaceful. Arjen’s recommendations for restaurants and cafes were excellent. I can’t recommend the place more highly.

Superb stay in this beautiful apartment. Annette is very welcoming and flexible and communication was very fast. Everything is within walking distance. The place is very calm and peaceful. It was a very enjoyable time of rest and visit and I highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved my 3 week stay here, it has everything you could need. It instantly felt like home and includes many small details that makes your stay easy and pleasant. You can really tell that Han's has given good thought and care into the space. He is an absolutely wonderful host that I hope to stay with again in the future. The location is amazing, as other reviews has said, it's the perfect distance from the city center/centraal station(10-20min). Even if you don't feel like going that far, there are many delicious restaurants within 1 block. Grocery stores, museums, the zoo and plenty else to do within 3 blocks! During the day the neighborhood is lively and active, but it never feels overcrowded. There's a constant stream of pedestrians, bicyclist, bridge raises, and boats passing in the canal to watch. During the night it a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Bonus points for stable and fast wifi and an awesome hot shower. You won't be disappointed staying at Han's😁👍

Very nice and clean apartment. Very well equiped kitchen. Bus 21, which leaves around the corner, takes you to the city center in 25 minutes. Peter was very friendly and helpful. The value for money is very good, as Amsterdam is very expensive. Everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay in Alkmaar and in the apartment! The communication with Diwa was great, she welcomed us, gave us a lot of useful information, we could always contact her and she was super friendly. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. It has a beautiful balcony and a great view. We loved, that it’s located in the middle of the city with nice cafés around the corner. For parking there are good options that Diwa told us about. We totally recommend staying in Diwas apartment and would love to come back!

Jacqueline and her husband were lovely. They welcomed us at the door and were responsive to any queries we had. Really nice peaceful stay and said goodbye to us when we checked out.

We had a particular reason to visit Amsterdam and selected carefully from the available options. We also needed to be well placed in relation to museums and concert hall. Anthony’s accommodation was perfect and stood out as being one of the most spacious, well designed, generously supplied, and carefully finished. Everything was notably clean and ‘hi-spec’ and the modern facilities covered every need. The bed was large and comfortable, and we particularly liked the wallpaper pattern of the dancing red-capped cranes that surrounded it. As ‘newbies’ to the delights of the latest tech, we very much enjoyed that the washing machine sang Schubert’s ‘Die Forelle’ to us to let us know it had reached the end of the cycle! We appreciated the provision of coffee, tea, and basic supplies. We were well informed, we felt secure, and very hospitably provided for. Anthony was friendly and responsive to every message prior to and during our stay. Being there was a pleasure. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay in Amsterdam in Adam’s place. The location is very central and walkable all around. The place is quiet and you can enjoy a small balcony. I recommend.

The apartment is very bright, clean, and close to the beach. It has all the necessary amenities for a family. For kids, many games and toys are available. Henk is a very responsive and helpful host. We recommend this apartment.

4 friends & me stayed at Chrystels place and we loved it. everything was amazing. she was super welcoming, shared lots of information up front without us asking and even was flexible with check in and check out times. the place is amazing, super cute interior and clean. would definitely do it again!

We had a fantastic stay at this flat! It looked exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from our daughter’s place, which made everything super convenient. Access from the street was straightforward, and the lift to the 3rd floor made getting in and out with luggage easy. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this flat, and we’ll definitely be back!
