This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

De ruime werkruimte maakt deze kamer bijzonder geschikt voor zakenreizigers. We hebben de ruimte met veel zorg en gezelligheid ingericht, zodat je na een lange dag kunt ontspannen. De tram/bus naar het bruisende centrum van Amsterdam, de Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam Arena en AFAS Live is slechts 1 minuut lopen.

I live in a quiet, residential neighbourhood and perfect for like minded people. The metro to the city runs until around 00:15, not ideal for nightcrawlers. Familyhome with a big garden and free parking

We have a honestly unique house in Diemen, a new neighborhood close to public transport directly to Amsterdam. It's unique because the house is detached ans very well equiped. We have bikes, a trampoline and a huge amount of grass to play on. For a swim you can jump in the canal, just across the street. Naturally, we have tv, wifi, washer and dryer. There are two bedroomrooms for children and there is a masterbedroom. The bathroom contains a shower and a seperate bathtub.

Tiny house, volledige privacy en zeer compleet! Inclusief gratis leenfietsen. Alle attracties van Amsterdam binnen 6 km fietsafstand. Met de trein in 11 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. Het lokale Amsterdamse leven op 3 tot 10 minuten fietsen. Trendy Amsterdam Oost, Amsterdam Beach, dagelijkse lokale markt (Dappermarkt). Of liever natuur. Het Amsterdam Rijnkanaal ligt in onze achtertuin. Kortom, variatie en comfort in Amsterdam.

Green Oasis at sailing barge "the Rederijker"

Your stay is at an unique sailing barge . In summertime we organize daytrips from Amsterdam to the IJsselmeer. Recently we have transformed our beautiful ship in a 'Green Oasis' for Air bnb purposes off saison . The ship is moored in the harbour of IJburg, near the centre of Amsterdam. Around the harbour are many restaurants to be found, like NAP, DOK 48 and Blijburg. Supermarket and other shops in the neighbourhood.
