Great location and house for a family reunion!

This was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. We never felt crowded in this beautiful home! We stayed for a weekend of golf at Shangri-La and to hot tub/play pool. Josh was great with recommendations and very friendly. We would definitely stay again! The pictures don’t do the view justice!

Great home! Plenty of space! Ample parking! Very clean & Private! Staying for a weekend wedding in Grove… this home did not disappoint! there was plenty of bedrooms for all of us to have our own, nice large kitchen, living room and dining area ….and probably one of our favorite spots was the outside deck— even with the chilly weather! We were a bit off the beaten path but made it very private, although the home felt extremely welcoming! Loved the architecture, decor and layout of the home. Highly recommend this home if you have a family get together or as with us several couples trying to share space. The hosts were extremely quick to respond from the time we booked the home …4 months in advance through our stay! They provided absolutely all check in and check out information promptly and clearly… overall really made an enjoyable weekend even better!!!

Beautiful well maintained Lake house. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and play games. Great dock for fishing!

Started out a great stay but she ended up thinking we should of deep cleaned the property. We left no dishes no trash and swept the floors. Fir having to pay a cleaning fee she was very unappreciative. Won't be returning

This was a great place for our tame bachelor party weekend at the lake. The house was roomy and the beds were very comfy. The back patio was awesome to sit around and shoot the bull. Even played a few games of basketball which had us all sore the next day. Hot tub was clean and worked great. Host was very responsive to anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. Also if you’re looking for a fishing guide service, No Wake guide service is the only way to go!

We had to book this place last minute, we were in another state. Was able to book and contact host to reserve the place late at night and last minute. Extremely beautiful home with everything anyone could need from cooking to adult and kid friendly activities! Place was immaculate and we definitely intend to come back!! Great hosts and peaceful environment.

This was our second stay here. Ron & Sandy’s place is so comfortable, spacious and clean. All the comforts of home with a large yard and amazing boat dock in a quiet cove. We enjoyed coffee on the expansive patio every morning. Our kids enjoyed fishing off the bank and dock. 4 adults and 4 kids stayed and had room to spare. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook like we were at home.

Spacious, with room to gather, but bedrooms to be more solitary. Very clean and well organized. Master bedroom was awesome! All 4 bedrooms had king or queen size beds. Enough kitchen equipment to cook and serve, although more coffee mugs would be appreciated. Large yard, plenty of enclosed parking in garage. Good access to places we needed to go. Good communications with host, easy check in and out. We'd definitely book again if we had 7-8 people.

Beautiful location and lots of open space. Exactly as shown in the photographs. Very clean and functional space. Great house for kids. You're right on the water with a gorgeous view. We loved staying at Emily’s place! The location and size and parking were all ideal for our group moving cross country together. It was quiet and cozy and close to the interstate and restaurants. The host was responsive and the checkout directions were clear and easy. Would stay here again for sure !

Our family of 6 rented both cabins for 4 nights and we were all impressed with how well done this Airbnb is! They are decorated so cute, and were even decorated for Christmas! Extremely clean and well taken care of. Beds were fabulous. Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook; we made most of our meals. Plenty of towels provided, blankets for indoor and outdoor, lots of wood for the bonfire. Great location close to the lake (cannot walk to it, but super quick drive to marina) and 20 min from Eureka Springs. Would love to come back in the summer and use the big backyard more. Nothing but 5 stars and being thoroughly impressed with these cabins! You will not be disappointed!

It was a fantastic stay! Our float trip was 10/10 as this house was so close to the Elk River/River Ranch Resort and it felt like home after spending hours in the water. The keypad check-in was painless and there was a real key once inside the home. The space accommodated our 9 adults comfortably for sleeping arrangements. The patio had furniture and a grill available for use. The kitchen had pots/pans, plates, mugs and glasses. There were NO hand towels but there were paper towels readily available. The master bedroom had a CO2 or smoke alarm beep constantly but we were unable to access the alarm and had to sleep with the beeps, which was the only bad part of our trip. He gave recs/contact info for local shuttles and nightlife, and when the WiFi password wasn't working, his son came within the hour to assist us! I loved all the clean towels placed on the beds. If we return to Noel we definitely will stay with Jesus again!

Adalee is a wonderful cabin! I'm glad we were able to book it at such short notice! The game room downstairs is perfect for both kids and adults. The space was comfortable and could easily handle 12 guests, although we were only 4. The living spaces, table, dishes, all easily accomodate 12. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook for a large family. We had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay, and would love to return someday. The water at Adalee is from a well and double filtered, however it does have a sulfur smell. We used the water without any ill effects, but it tasted a little off, and wished we had brought bottled drinking water.

It is amazing we found a place able to host our large bunch. Everyone had a bed and private area. We got to enjoy the great outdoors a variety of ways. Melissa was great and communicated very well.

Carie’s place far exceeded our expectations. When you pull in, you’re surrounded by beautiful trees on a quiet street. Check in was really easy and the minute we opened the door, it was easy to see we were going to love our time there. I have never stayed anywhere with such a well stocked, spotless kitchen. There was ample seating at the table and bar for our group of 11 to enjoy meals together. The deck overlooking the woods was beautiful and had a fireplace, fire pit, and lots of comfortable seating. The living area had plenty of comfortable seating as well. We used all 4 bedrooms and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The bathrooms were spotless and the linens and towels were very nice also. We all enjoyed swimming in the community pool and the Highway M Marina was well equipped with boat and tube rentals for a nice day on the lake. Carie provides her guests with a daily use pass for the lake, and information about things to do and places to eat.

Julie was a great host! The pool was so much fun for the kids and adults alike. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and spices, and the outdoor kitchen was great to use. We appreciated the local recommendations of places to swim as well.

This was our second year staying at this location. The kids look forward to it every year because of the heated pool. They were very accommodating to us and quick to help with any questions we had. We left something behind and they were quick to find it and get it shipped back to us.

Beautiful Place! We enjoyed our stay Really peaceful & quiet! My son wanted to stay longer 😂 Will definitely be back!

This home was amazing! it is spacious and thoughtfully furnished. There are large gathering places and areas for privacy. Diane responded to our texts in minutes. The animals surrounding the house are really fun to feed in the mornings. We will stay again if we are back to the area. High fives to Diane for providing such luxury to her guests.

Excellent stay not to many issues couldn’t find garbage bags anywhere and the hot water in the bathrooms is kinda limited, other than that vary peace full and pleasant place to stay no outside issues.
