Vacation rentals with a home theater in Devon

We had a wonderful short break as a family of 4 - children age 12 and 15. They loved the pool and was bigger than we thought it was going to be. The property is very well equipped and in an ideal location to explore the area. The view from the property is amazing and caught a wonderful sunset! The host was really responsive when we had a query. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Anne’s apartment, with its stunning views and excellent facilities. No complaints at all, apart from the fact that I’m going to miss that view terribly! Dartmouth itself is fabulous and the position of the apartment is perfect, close to all amenities. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

This property is located within the fantastic Royal William Yard with amazing views of the estuary, harbours, bars & restaurants. Upon locating parking (arranged by host) we located the studio apartment (clear instructions by host). The studio apartment didn’t fail to please, it was nicely presented, good utilities, towels, cleaning products, tv, stereo, comfortable sofa bed, table & chairs etc. Kevin clearly has/had everyone’s comfort in mind. Apart from the occasional corridor noise the block was very quiet, lovely for down time! We will certainly add Kevin’s Studio Apartment to our return to list.

This was my 2nd time staying at Zaneta's apartment and did not disappoint again. The apartment is beautiful and in a stunning location. Zaneta was very responsive to messages and answered all questions quickly. I will definitely stay again on my next visit - hopefully, it will be available!

Stayed for a month whilst working away a lovely place with lots to do. Accommodation was perfect clean and comfortable host was great 5 stars all round amazing value would highly recommend

We had a wonderful week here. Fantastic views & very peaceful. The garden was fantastic for our kids and there was plenty of space inside for all three generations of our family. Interior was spotless and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at the house; decor was amazing, great attention to detail, couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation! Everyone loved the different spaces around the house, either to break off in smaller groups to catch up or hang out on their own. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the house had plenty of bathrooms for us all Felt really at ease, knowing the host was there if we needed something but allowing us to get on with our stay. Overall, plenty of us have saved the house for future stays and I already plan to recommend to family / friends looking for a large house! Thanks! :)

The most peaceful stay in such a lovely location! Picked this stay for a mini baby moon and it’s everything we wanted. Quiet, fun and relaxing. Mike and Cath were so welcoming and were always available for any help. There’s not many air bnbs that offer a pool, jacuzzi and a cinema/projector all in one place! Can’t wait to come back for another Summer! A special thank you to Mike for giving us some history of the local area! Super appreciated :)

A lovely spacious place in a beautiful spot. Just what we needed! We came very last minute and had a wonderful time relaxing and exploring the local area. House had everything we needed and lovely hosts. Thanks for having us!

How about this….. Staying at The Chantry is a very special experience. So unique, it’s a real joy waking up in the four poster bed and opening the shutters to let the sun shine through the huge stained glass windows. It manages to be both cosy and atmospheric and the acoustics are wonderful for singing or playing the lovely grand piano. We really enjoyed the cinema experience with the projector and stoking up the wood-burner on chilly nights. Nick and Jo were so friendly and helpful. We definitely intend to come back again in the summer!

We had a wonderful stay at Bunters Paddock! Communication before our visit was excellent, and the place was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and full of great features. The cinema room was a real highlight, with a large screen, Xbox One, and Amazon Stick for movie nights. We also loved the games area with the pool/table tennis combo. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the electric fireplace made the space feel extra cozy. Outside was also fantastic! —beautiful grounds with a large pond to walk around, peaceful seating areas, and even an orchard and second pond for licensed fishing. The welcome basket with local cider and treats was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this stay—would love to come back!
