From the moment we walked through the door, we knew we had found something special. The property was beautifully furnished, exuding warmth and comfort, and its immaculate cleanliness made it feel like a true home away from home. Although we didn’t spend much time inside, every facility we needed was thoughtfully provided, making our stay seamless and stress-free. But what truly set this experience apart was our incredible host. A genuinely lovely lady, she was attentive, accommodating, and ensured every detail was perfect. Her communication was fantastic, making everything effortless. And the cherry on top? A tin of chocolates awaiting us on arrival—a small but deeply meaningful gesture that showed how much she cares about her guests. This is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience crafted with care and kindness. If you're looking for a warm, hassle-free getaway with an exceptional host, this is the one. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay, spotlessly clean ,uncluttered and with everything we needed. Perfect for myself, my daughter and her baby, we really appreciated the peace and quiet of the area. The apartment was light and spacious with wonderful views over the beach and estuary, lovely to wake up to . Lyndsay was so helpful and communicated everything we needed to know so no added stress added to travelling with a 9 month old ! Thank you.

We have stayed in Karen’s flat before. It is conveniently situated just around the corner from Preston Sands so is a quieter location but an easy, level walk to the sea. The private parking is a bonus at busy times and is reasonably spacious and easy to access. The flat was super clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Shops and takeaways all within easy walking distance too. Certainly hope to stay again and this is now the first place we check for availability when visiting our friends in the area.

The place was lovely and everything we needed for our weekend away. The town was in walking distance which worked perfectly for us when we wanted to have a drink and the room itself was clean, tidy, spacious and just ideal for what we needed. We both had a lovely stay here and highly recommend it to anyone who is hoping to go to Salcombe.

We had the best stay at Becky’s apartment for my husbands birthday. Everything was as described and Becky went above and beyond with the birthday request I had! She was very responsive. Everything was super comfy and clean and we had a great night sleep! We had everything we needed provided and the decor is lovely! Thank you so much again! We will definitely be back! Great place for a visit to Exmouth. Clean snd tidy. Centrally located and walkable to most areas including railway station. Good broadband connection. Garage is useful but only fits up to medium size vehicle.

Beautiful home in a tranquil green area with only the sounds of nature around. Home was very nicely furnished with lovely decorative touches like plants and pictures on the walls. Host left us some delicious fudge and biccies. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Great bed and hot shower and parking in the drive. Hosts are absolutely fantastic, very kind and friendly. Thanks so much for a fabulous week.

Excellent, light, spacious, well-equipped, clean apartment. Ample crockery and cutlery - not always the case! Useful shoe and coat racks. Lovely views across to the sea from one side. Slightly strange location, with roads on two sides, but little night-time noise or light intrusion. Not great visibility when exiting from car park. Shame there is no outside space other than a shared bench. Easy walking distance (down/up hill) from resort centre and beach.

We arrived slightly earlier than we had expected, but were shown in and welcomed. The place is very private and because of its elevation looks out across Brixham where the colourful houses on the other side of the harbour are a constant reminder that you are on holiday. The town is very easy to access if you can manage many steps, and within 5 mins you are at the harbour with its working fishing boats, tour boats and children crabbing alongside the marina. Good quality restaurants, including many fish and chips shops are all within a short walking distance, as well as specialist fish restaurants and a superb tapas bar. If you want to get away from the crowds the SW Coastal Path goes through Brixham from which the wildlife and views are spectacular. We had a very enjoyable weekend in a peaceful but convenient spot that was very clean, and welcoming, and Moira generously left us treats to help us have a good time

Lovely apartment with beautiful views and very helpful and responsive hosts

We stayed here for a wedding at Tunnels Beaches which was less than a 5 minute walk away so ideal location! Kirsten was very friendly and was easy to contact - replies were instant. The property was lovely and had all amenities you needed. There were lots of thoughtful little touches like toiletries you may have forgotten and dog towels should you bring a four legged friend! It can be a little hard to find the property, as it’s tucked in, but Kirsten provided clear instructions which I would follow over the sat nav. A wonderful couple of days - thanks again.

We spent a lovely couple of days in Plymouth. Victoria's apartment was perfect for our young family, in a great location. We could walk everywhere really easily, and the parking was really easy to find and so close to the apartment. Vicky was great at helping with my questions beforehand, and the apartment itself was lovely with plenty of space and all amenities we could need ...including a stocked toy and games cupboard! Highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay at Topside. Viki was a perfect host leaving out a box of Cornish biscuits, milk, tea & coffee and some lovely wild flowers. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable & homely stay and Viki had thought of everything. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood but only 5 min walk to Bude town with all its restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and beautiful summerleaze beach. We look forward to booking again in the near future

A lovely, comfortable place to stay, with everything you need and in a great location, close to the beach as well as the town centre, but quiet as well. And best of all, the flat has super views of the Estuary and the spectacular sunsets. Jennifer is a great host, helpful and friendly. We've had a very relaxing break, and definitely hope to be back. Highly recommend.

Had a fantastic time at the Neet. It really was a perfect place to stay especially if you are visiting Bude. We brought our 2 dogs and the garden was a great place for them to stretch their legs, fully enclosed and huge. On arrival, Lisa met us and explained everything, we also had fresh eggs and scones. The place was spotless, cosy and had everything you need from an Airbnb. Highly recommended !

We had a great stay at Shirley and Rob's accommodation. We booked last minute for Easter Sunday but notwithstanding it being a holiday weekend the communication was excellent and the home spotless. A great place in a super setting. I am sure we will be back.

The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We had a lovely stay at Tracy’s..There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, biscuits etc. in the kitchen. There were plenty of games to keep our little one occupied ! We enjoyed our time in the park opposite the apartment complex..

This was our second stay in this appartment, the location is unbeatable for beach lovers and it is super comfortable for 5 adults.

We had a lovely stay at Poolside. The location was great to see lots of places in Cornwall. The pool was a great addition, and being able to book it for an hour private per day use was ideal. The bottle of Prosecco and fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. The sofa wasn’t the comfiest, and the towels were quite small, but overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Cornwall/have a relaxing getaway.

It lived up to and excelled our expectations and we enjoyed the most wonderful, comfortable and relaxing few days.
