Waterfront vacation rentals in Dawn Beach

A modern furnished apartment with a beautiful view of Orient Bay. The kitchen is sufficient to make your own breakfast and the washing machine in the bathroom is also very helpful to quickly wash your clothes or beach towels. The property managers are super nice and helpful. A private parking lot is included with the apartment. The whole vacation home complex is very quiet and clean. The only thing you can hear is the sound of the sea...and that is heavenly. If I return to the island one day I will book this Airbnb again.

The place is wonderful, you have peace that is important, you have everything you require at home, a cute balcony, comfortable beds, hot water, kitchen utensils and the super friendly and cute host for whatever you need, thank you for everything. I'll be back soon something else the beach is one of the best on the island.

I will start my saying this. I almost cried when I had to turn the keys over! The place is definitely in the top 3 of places I’ve stayed. To begin, the communication with the host was impeccable! Check in was such a smooth, thorough process. Parking right in front of the building. The unit sits on the best beach on the island! Grand case beach easily became my favorite. It was never crowded or loud. The water was so calm and tranquil! Amazing snorkeling. This unit is even more beautiful in person! Beautifully decorated and squeaky clean. The most beautiful views! Everything you could need or want is in this unit! I loved sitting on the couch sipping coffee early in the morning. The upstairs patio was one of my favorite places to unwind after a long day! The location of this unit is just a 5-10 min walk to many amazing restaurants. I have never felt safer as a female solo traveler!

We had a great time at Amelie’s place. The beach was very private and the sand was clean, it was the best beach we saw on the whole island. To be able to eat every meal on the patio was great, we enjoyed the decor so much ! The sunset view was a great bonus. The appartement was as described and as seen on the pictures. We had all we needed to cook, which we did for most meals. I highly recommend !

This place is beautifully decorated, steps from the beautiful beach and Thomas, the host is just the best.

Jay and Sylvia welcomed us as soon as we made the booking. The Condo is unbelievable, not only for its view, but for the decorative upscale appliances, furnishings, and comfort. The roof top was fabulous as well for lounging. You won't ever want to leave the balcony. I am super picky and this place was another favorite amongst places compared to Dubai. So, it's near Maho and Restaurants, Casinos, Sunset Beach where everyone wanted a photo with planes landing. However, the beach bars were our favorite, Jet skiing nearby, you name it everything was not far. We will definitely be returning if we are able to grab a spot, that is, if others haven't booked ......Sylvia was great. She shared where we could grab Red Snapper which we prepared and fried. Definitely now one of our favorites!

Loved our stay at Orient Bay. Beautiful and clean place right on the beach, very fairly priced. There are plenty of little restaurants in the courtyard outside which was so convenient and 5 minutes down the road was a supermarket. Would definitely definitely go back!!!

Fantastic! Cannot sing Laure’s praises enough. Everything was so clean, and just as described. Lots of extras too (floats and pool noodles and grocery sacks). Marie or Laure are very responsive and quick to help. And the location, you can’t beat right on the beach, fun fish to look at and super easy to get in. If you are into beach glass it’s so plentiful that you will have to be picky. Highly recommend this location. Also feels very safe!

Great hosts, beautiful location with views of St. Barts and Saba, and fabulous interior. Getting to the house was a bit frightening because of the steep terrain but it was worth it. Afterwards, though, you realize it’s manageable and kind of fun. I had a small rental car and it was doable. However, a small SUV would have been perfect. I would stay here again.

It was our first trip to St Martin and we really enjoyed our stay at Laurent’s place. The renovations done were beautiful and the place was very comfortable with all amenities included. Anything we did require Laurent was quick to respond and supply us. The views of the ocean from the patio and the mountains from the kitchen were incredible. The area is great safe and secure and very close to all major shopping restaurants etc within a 5 minute drive. It’s a very central location with orient beach village a 7 minute driver with great beach and restaurants. Also the small city of Grand Case a 10 minute drive to an amazing group of restaurants and beach front bars which we really enjoyed. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return and stay again at Laurents place.

Francois is a wonderful host of a beautiful property. We had questions a few times and he was very quick to respond and help. We needed specific types of chargers in order to adapt our American devices to European outlets, and Francois went out himself to purchase them. Above and beyond!! His home is a great set-up with many nice amenities. A lovely property with fantastic views!! Thanks for everything Francois!!

This villa sits on a beautiful spot in Oyster Pond, where you can enjoy water views in almost every direction. The private infinity pool was my favorite feature, with unobstructed views of the bay and ocean. Being on Babit point allows for lots of natural space to hike and explore. The unit was very clean and the hostess was friendly and responsive. A few blocks away, there is a small store and bakery called Bread and Butter where you can pick up essentials along with fresh quiche and pastries. Next door is an amazing open-air restaurant called The Oasis. All tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We can't wait to come back!!

We had a wonderful time. The home is absolutely gorgeous, with a beautifully maintained pool that provided a perfect spot to relax. The location felt very safe, adding to our peace of mind throughout the stay. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Everything was beautiful, clean, well kept. 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Initially I was worried because previous reviews mentioned gas propane for the stove and not all bathrooms had showers. We were pleasantly surprised to find all the bathrooms had showers and the stove was a gas line. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The outdoor back yard was beautiful.

Wonderful place Great location 2 minutes from orient beach and lots of great restaurants Cathy met us and took us to the unit Great pool that never had anyone else in it Clean and peaceful Beach was awesome Highly recommend orange fever beach bar and jimmy great guy. Cheap beer and chairs and really good food. Close to many restaurants and a great pizza place BONA Mamma We will be back for sure. Could not have had a better experience

Melinda’s ocean front house is just as lovely as the pictures! The location is fantastic, and lots of exceptional restaurants are just a brief trek down the gorgeous beach. The house is generously appointed and had everything we needed. Getting in and out of the parking spots can be entertaining, but it became easier each time and we learned that drivers on the road would generally stop to allow us to back out safely. That being said, having a parking spot is a huge plus in Grand Case. We loved the orientation of the house because we could always find shade on our terrace, or choose full sun if we wanted it. The views are just wonderful to wake up to. Most of our interactions were with Melinda’s husband Ian, who was kind enough to meet us at check-in and to tour us through the house and explain various things to know. He was punctual, friendly, and a good communicator. In summary - A fantastic week! 5 stars all the way! We hope to return!!

Thibault was very attentive. Issue with safe and he was on it. 1st visit to Alamanda in 20 years. Lovely unit. Can’t beat location at the village. Easy walk to fabulous beach. Wonderful view, but need to trim bushes back to open up further. Everything You could possibly need in the unit. Description in right on. Thank you for opening your home to us. Great stay! The studio was perfect for my needs and was within a short drive to everything you want to see. The sunsets from the patio were beautiful. I would recommend renting a car if you want to explore the island as taxis will add up quickly. Free parking right in front of the building. Nadia was very communicative with check in and check out. My flight was delayed and the hosts were accommodating with a slightly later check out time so I didn't have to sit at the airport for hours and hours.

Harry’s place was absolutely perfect for my best friend and me! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely safe and secure thanks to the gated property. The location couldn’t be more ideal—everything is within walking distance, and the beach is literally right at your doorstep! The apartment itself was spotless, with a super cozy and welcoming vibe. The hot water was a dream after a day of exploring, and the balcony was such a charming spot to unwind. We rented a car, and the parking lot across the street made it so convenient. Harry was a fantastic host—super responsive, helped us carry our luggage, and even offered early check-in and check-out. He also shared tons of great local recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. I would absolutely book again in a heartbeat!

The Anchise apartment is a great option for anyone heading to SXM. It's right next to Maho Beach, the island's best-known beach, and next to the condominium you'll find a supermarket, snack bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, convenience stores, jewelry stores, a casino, and bars—everything just a few steps away. Anchise was quick to respond and provided clear, accurate information. Thank you very much for your welcome, once again we were very happy to stay with you. We hope to see you again soon. We really enjoyed the location because it was quiet and private. We loved the pool and used it daily. It was fairly close to Grand Case where we ate at the many fine restaurants.
