Gigi's place was absolutely amazing! It looked exactly like the pictures and the location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. Gigi's communication was excellent throughout the entire process. She provided clear instructions on everything from check-in to check-out, and her local recommendations were spot-on. She was also super responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We had a fantastic vacation and would highly recommend Gigi's place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We stayed here on our first trip to St Maarten, and it was the best decision we could have made! I work from home, so having a private, quiet space was important. The house was lovely and well-stocked, especially the kitchen. We enjoyed cooking after a long day on the beach and sitting out on the balcony overlooking town during the evenings. There was even a desk area that was perfect for working. Additionally, it was right next door to a coffee house where you could also work and enjoy a variety of tea and coffee blends. The best part was the location—it is steps from the beach. We were centrally located to all the restaurants, grocery stores, and activities. I was able to walk to everything I needed. The gates are locked at night, so it feels very safe, and there is a gelato shop right next door that has the most delicious Soursop gelato. We would definitely stay again the next time we have an opportunity to visit the beautiful island of St Maarten!

My parents' stay was perfect in the studio. He had little touches, beers, and chips. Everything was great.

Host is great, all my questions were answered on quick reply and great recommendations; and when i had a minimal problem with the house he was quick to apologize and get it sorted the same. Highly recommended this ABNB for cole bay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nettle Bay. The location was very peaceful and serene, away from all of the nightlife activities. A gas station/market was conveniently located across the street, which was a huge plus for us - we practically stopped in each night before heading back to the villa. Cupecoy and Marigot were also a short drive away. We loved the travel size products and perfume samples that were provided as well. Marie was very communicative and shared some excellent recommendations for activities/food around the island. We will definitely be back.

Great hosts, beautiful location with views of St. Barts and Saba, and fabulous interior. Getting to the house was a bit frightening because of the steep terrain but it was worth it. Afterwards, though, you realize it’s manageable and kind of fun. I had a small rental car and it was doable. However, a small SUV would have been perfect. I would stay here again.

The stay was wonderful nothing to complain about was treated well and I will be booking again in the near future

It was our first trip to St Martin and we really enjoyed our stay at Laurent’s place. The renovations done were beautiful and the place was very comfortable with all amenities included. Anything we did require Laurent was quick to respond and supply us. The views of the ocean from the patio and the mountains from the kitchen were incredible. The area is great safe and secure and very close to all major shopping restaurants etc within a 5 minute drive. It’s a very central location with orient beach village a 7 minute driver with great beach and restaurants. Also the small city of Grand Case a 10 minute drive to an amazing group of restaurants and beach front bars which we really enjoyed. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return and stay again at Laurents place.

This was one of the best places I stayed in with Airbnb .House was perfect we enjoyed everything ,I was a little slow on instruction sorry Sabrina, but host Sabrina was super nice and place was super clean and perfect location but island is small so everything was easy to get to with a car. Must give host Sabrina 5 stars she went above and beyond with comforts for the home,it was the extra touches.We will definitely be back.

Oliver was a fantastic and very responsive host, always ready to answer our questions quickly. The location of the villa is absolutely amazing, with a breathtaking view that we loved to admire every day. Although the villa shows some signs of age and could benefit from some renovations, it has a lot of charm and character, which made our stay special. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to those looking for a beautiful and relaxing place.

Minetta’s place to stay was amazing, very peaceful, quiet & beautiful view. Mins away from restaurant, supermarket etc. The place was extremely clean & had everything, it’s like I was at home. Very responsive & kind host. I enjoyed my stay & hope to be back

Aurélie’s place was the perfect spot for our vacation. Home was clean, beautiful, and incredibly conveniently located. Easy pool access was great for our son and a perfect stop on the way back from the beach. Walkable to many delicious restaurants, right at the beach, and an easy drive to local attractions. Five minute walk to a small grocery store for the essentials and an 8 min drive to a full size grocery store. Neighborhood felt safe. Aurélie was very responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again during our next visit to St. Martin.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the location. We go to Saint Martin once a year and always stay in Orient Bay and this was the nicest place we have stayed in. We will try to book the same place next year.

Great value for money. Leonardo is a great host. He helped us carry our suitcases to our unit and the same when we were checking out. We appreciated that he replaced towels and bed sheets during our stay. We loved that he left us some drinks, detergent, beach equipment and toys for kids. The only downside was neighbours roosters which were waking us up at 4am (but the kids were not bothered) I would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed at the Green Lemon with our two boys (7 and 4) and it was perfect ! Great layout, had everything we needed, great terrace in the back and the proximity to beach / shops / restaurant is fantastic. Allan was very responsive with questions leading up to our stay. Check-in / check-out with Precillia was also seamless and she was very proactive and flexible with our arrival / departure times. It was my fifth time in SXM and we would stay at Allan’s place anytime. Thank you for the hospitality and great stay !

We didn’t want to leave. Tit’ Home is close to everything without being in the middle of everything. We loved it. It is a quick walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, and a short drive to Grand Case, Cul-de-Sac, and other island areas. It was nice to venture out then return to our little oasis. Alan and Roxane were very responsive and helpful.

T-Shell made my first trip to St. Marten amazing. They were thoughtful and anticipated all the things we might need. The space was clean and beautifully decorated. The location is close to the airport and great for exploring Maho and surrounding areas.
